"....feeling is mutual" he told her heading inside, Vern heading out once everyone showed up

Rune arrives, her armor changing to a better fitting female armor, She was also armed with twroing knifes, and melee combat, it now a dark red and black.

"Welcome back" Vern said as the last of them got in, him looking over at Calico "....check that sponsor phone I gave you for the details" he told Calico, as she heard the door lock from the outside, the inside it sounding like everything was going along swimmingly

Calico looks at her phone.

"....it's been rigged to work against them" the text said him looking at her "....If I told you in advance, you would have blabbed about it to Jason wouldn't you?" Vern asked

"Probably. I get a bit talkative when drunk." She admitted.

"he may be dedicated to his craft but he is a womanizer" Vern told her "he isn't above using girls as stress release" Vern pointed out

"There a real man in him somewhere." She said.

He looks at her smiling "you are right" he said "I did my research before jumping on board this train" he said "when push comes to shove all of them will do the right thing" he said "but right now, well they are like a terrible basketball team, a bunch of individuals unable to function as a group" he said

"So we are going to start pushing and shoving?" She asked. "Sounds like how mom trained me."

"have you seen how they act?" he pointed out "....something has got to give" he said starting to head back to his hotel so he could keep an eye on everything

Oliver arrives last. "Hello Companions."

Spike looked over at him, a big dumb smile on his face, hitting his shoulder "fun week?" he asked him

Nyx looked around "this seems... up to date...." she said

"...so she is the new group leader" Hisako said ".....happy now?" Hisako asked Li-Pun

"....Hands off Vern" Ikal told Kiju

"A gentleman dose not kiss and tell." Oliver told him. "However...  don't' smell the weird cheep perfume of Bo or Rube on you."

Li-pun doesn't answer, watching Ikia.

"What the matter? Can't rock his bed like a real woman?' She asked her, claw under her chin.

He looked at him "....they are roommates you know, I am not that dense" he said "I had a house guest most nights because of her poor sensitive ears" Spike said teasingly

"COME ON, GIVE ME THIS ONE!" she said

"....super star has an appeal you don't have Li-Pun, and he doesn't seem to be a heartless warlord either" Hisako told him

"Like you mad them feel any better when she didn't come back." Oliver said. "You never had a girl with you all the time."

"Face it." Kiju said. "The only man for you is the bug." She joked.

"We eat our dead." Li-pun said turning to Hisako. "Want to find out how it's done?"

He looked at him surprised "...you really didn't question where a cat alien would go in the middle of the night in a strange new town did you?" he asked Oliver "....geez you had so much fun you weren't even thinking straight

"Ew" Ikal said "he's not a man, that would be so... weird" she said shivering

"....No need, I think I just did" Hisako said

The clang was loud and addable, Li-pun disk hitting the gourd, him on it, truly hurt, casing everyone to look at him. he curling up and shaking.

"....let the games begin" Vern said, in his room, typing something into a computer having just seen the disk hit the ground

"Chance of intruder, 95%, Member Li-Pun's vehicle has been altered, deploying defensive measures" a voice said over the system
Just then, an arm with a weird gun came out of the wall, pointing at the group
"...A faulty shop already?" Nyx asked
A disc flew out of the gun, hitting Spike's shoulder, surrounding it in magnetized metal, him flying from where he was into the nearest wall

Oliver was between him in that wall, getting pined with him. Kiju jumps at the gun, garbing it with her teeth, and ripping it off, landing on all fours.

Nyx blasts the metal with magic, it falling off the wall freeing those two from it, the doors of the main room starting to close, the temperature quickly dropping in the room "sub zero defense system on" the voice said
Spike banged on the front door, trying to get out, it locked shut and made of a super strong material
"We have to go deeper in" Nyx said, rushing into the next room "and figure out what's happening"

Natalie was in her apartment, helping Calico setting up the last of her things

Kiju gets back up. "Go deeper in? You nuts!? No telling what other death traps are here."
"Sub zero. Unless you want to be flash frozen, your coming." Oliver said. "Hisako, grab Li-Pun." He said.

She finds a od black brick. a button is acsandently pressed, and it starts flipping out holograms of calico as a kid.

she looks at him, before grabbing him grudgingly heading into the next room, which could be more described as a loft leading to the other rooms of the building, the floor beneath them opening, as a giant machine flipped up and pointing at them, the technology a combination of Li-Pun's species tech, Calicos and earth tech, turning them with red eyes, starting to fire rounds at them, Spike got up front, covering himself in Spikes, taking the shots, drawing a tiny bit of blood from him

Natalie tried to find a way to turn it off, but looked at them as the holograms went through

Rune pulls out a drone, setting it into a left off it firing it own live ammo on the robot.

Calioc looks over her shoulder. "What you looking at?"

"The off switch" she said showing her the holograms

The robot took the hit, and was dented but stayed standing "bullets in effective" it said "Foam rounds to restrain" it said, shooting foam at them, first at Ikal who jumped out of the way, the foam quickly hardening
