she listened, slowly picking up on the woman

Boombox follows her, Getting side tracked a few time by venders."

They eventually found a woman wearing gloves, sitting at a corner coffee shop, watching as the people walked by

"How do we aprroce her?" Boombox asked.

"...she is going to be skiddish no matter what" she said "so just be ready to run"

Boombox nods following her lead.

"....Caitlin" Granite said approaching her, the woman starting to back away
"we are not with some crazy hero group, we are here to talk" she said
"w....what is it you want?" Caitlin asked
"it's not necessarily what we want, it's what you want" she said "I know you have this mission to make those who did this pay..... and I know Spike is in your way..... what if I could get you a way to hurt Spike" she said "....we know where he lives... you can rip apart his home town.... make him pay and back off from your advances" she said

Boombox watches her, keeping an eye out for any strange activity.

"...You don't know what you're talking about" Caitlin said
"....Spike has killed Meta after Meta... your kind of Metas.... he is your real threat" she said
"I do not need your help" she said quickly taking off her glove, grabbing Granite
"....Your.... power doesn't work on us who are already Metas" she said with a smile on her face "so.... that I am afraid will do nothing for me" she said

"Were al meta's." Boombox said. "'m sure M.G could help you make meta's that don't end up killing themselves."

"....I will never work for an industry that idolise what we are" she said
"...and you don't have to" Granite said "...our goals just aline, I point you to Spike, and you can deal with him" she said "we both want him out of the picture, therefore we both win" she said

Boom stands up, and leave them, angered.

"...Fine give me the address" she said, Granite sliding her a card "...will deal with them myself" she said
Granite rushed up to Boom, grabbing her hand once they were out of earshot "....listen and think for a second" she said "....do we need every individual on Mother's side?" she asked "...and more importantly, do we need them on her side if they are doing what she wants in the first place?" she asked her

"Who gives a danm about that." Boombox said. 'I'm human. I'm more human than any non meta. And I will be treated as such."

"....do not tread lightly here Boom" she said "....listen.... there is a difference between believing what they say and humouring them to get what you want" she said "....if you can't swallow your pride long enough to pretend to listen to them, then we will end up being nothing but more muscle for Mother Goose" she said "and I don't know about you, but I don't want to go back to being the hired muscle

Boom sighs. "Fne."

"Good" she said smiling

Boom follows her back.

Bo and Rube were both waiting for Vern to get back, hugging him when he did.

he hugged them both "you two doing ok?" he asked

"You kow it." They said smilling holding his arms.
Boo leans in. "But.. how are you... are you ok with this?"

"....It's.... not like anything I was expecting" he said "...and I feel like neither of you are getting the attention you deserve" he said

They both slowly slid off him. No sits down on the bed and starts to cry. Rube stared to cry, but slaps Vern "I knew it was to good!" Rube shouted at him "Your just like every last one!" She ran off.

He gets up, rushing after her, grabbing her hand 

"Listen...." he said holding her hand "I still love you two ok?" he said pulling her in close "....I... just.... feel that with both of you" he said "...that with my attention divided" he said "neither of you get a true boyfriend" he said "...when was the last time either Bo or you went on a date by yourself?" he asked her "...to have all the attention on one of you...." he said, slowly resting his hands against Rube's waist "....to have a night, where you weren't sharing the spotlight" he said

"I.. never." She said. "We always shared."

"...do you think that me giving you only half the attention each is really something that even I want?" he asked her
