The Order of Heroes

she smiled, waving dainty back at him heading in for the night

Years later at the base.
"Pink or light red?" A young girl stood in ground of the mirror her cloth making the slightest hint of a color change. "What do you girls think?"

"I always figured Red suited you better sis" a young girl said, having a pair of cat ears rising from her head, long platinum hair with them, covering where normal human ears would be, herself wearing a white blouse, along with a couple light blue wrist bands on her head, her looking on as her sister chose cloths

"Yeah but I have to complete with you, and you got all of mom's cool alien looks, with the ears and tail, and fur and big fluffy foot paws." The girl in the red dress said. "Yep, deffently red. And a few riibboms... like twenty ribbons... at lest."

"It's not a competition sis" she said "you at least have the meta trait, I have Alien looks and... nothing else" she said smiling at her sister

"Yeah I guess I win anyway." She said smiling at her, now covered in way to many ribbons, looking absolutely ridiculous.

"Th...that may be a little too much" she said

"It never enough!" She said adding even more. "I can't feel my toes."

"You.... you ok?" she asked concerned

"It a small price to pay to be pretty!" She smiled walking passed her.

She sighed following her sister 

Outside, there was a boy around their age, seemingly playing with a yoyo, looking about as he did so, their Neighbour Matthew, his father watching from a bit.

"just stay away from the girls Matthew, they are a bad influence" his Dad said
"...fine" he said, though lying he pulled it off well 
"I mean it, they are no heroes, alright?"
"Alright Alright, that's fine" he said his dad heading inside for a bit, going back to his work

"Hay Matthew!" Ciria calls out. "Come play!"

He looked around, before making his way over, trying to make sure his way to the group

Ciria grabs a soccer ball. "Bet I can bet you to the park." She said with to her sister.

"Your on" Mau said
"You two can't keep up" Matthew said, rushing on ahead of them

Ciria laughs kicking the ball as far as she cloud, chasing after him.

after the group was playing in the field for a bit, a pair of bigger, meaner 8 year olds approached the group, wanting the field for themselves

Ciria looked at them. "It still our turn."

"...listen, kids like you should know, we are the bosses here, and we are not going to listen to an over glorified Christmas present" one said
"...you better back down there" Matthew said "because you aren't going to harm that Christmas present if I have anything to say about it" he said "You got that?" Matthew said
"You aren't really one to talk Matt" the bigger boy said "you aren't some super hero"
"I may not have super powers, but just like The Great Rider, I will still protect those who need it" he said, the girls recognising the Great Rider as a hero from a comic book "And heroes don't let villains harm fair maidens" he said somewhat confidently
The Bullies looked annoyed at him, starting to get on their nerves

May and Mia could see the bullies shoes start to untie and tie together, Ciria winking at her sister.

"now leave" the big said, taking a step forward, before falling,

Matt and Mau laughed, as the bully kicked off his shoes, rushing over to Ribbon to try and life her up threateningly, Matthew getting in the way, him instead being grabbed "I want the one who tripped me" he said

"you aren't going to hurt her" he repeated "I won't let you lay a finger on her" he said confidently as the bully looked at him, a small group starting to form 

"....we'll play some one on one then boy, you vs. me in Soccer" he said "I won't lay a finger on your girlfriend if you agree, and if you win we will leave you in peace"

Matthew looked back at Ciara "deal" he said, getting ready to play a game

"Oh I am so going to mess with him!" Ciria said "I bet he has heart shaped undies like int he cartoons!"

"maybe not deal with the crazy kid who wants to beat you up" Mau said "all they want to do is play some soccer with...." and with that the game was on, the soccer ball flew and hit Matthew right in the face

"Sorry" the Bully said half heartedly "maybe you shouldn't get in the way" he said, as Matthew tried to regain his composer, the kid hit the ball, it beaming Matthew right in the gut "Oh no, looks like I can't land a single shot on net" he said as the ball returned to him

Ciria screamed, "stop it!"

He moves in for the kick, though the voice startles him, his kick turning, the ball flying for her instead

Matthew in pain makes his way over, jumping in the way, taking the ball for Ciara, though falling on top of her instead the pair quickly looking at the crowd appearing, making their escape
