“As far as I care, your a member.” Glimmer said.

“I think you should put the relationship on ice. Rube, don’t be a jerk. I don’t want to brake up with my boyfriend!” Stitches gets into an argument with herself.

"Thanks" he said "...those burns look pretty bad" he said "....I may be able to whip up something to help if I have the materials for it" he told her

"....and if you never separate, you intend to not settle down until you find one all 3 of you love?" he asked them

“Let the Doctor do his job.” Glimmer told him. “I’m going to rest now.”

Stitches goes quite, looking at him, and starting to cry. “...Yes.”

"alright, alright" he said "get well soon, both of you" he said leaving them alone

He pats her shoulder "it will be fine" he says patting her shoulder "....it was a fun ride while it lasted" he told Stitches "but I respect what you feel you have to do"

A few months later

Glimmer stretch out on the couch, back from the hospital at last. “Much better than that stuffy hospital bed.”

Dragonfly sat across from her, having recently gotten out as well "....so, those "Get Well" Mechanical Doves ever stop showing up, or once a week like clockwork?" Dragonfly asked

Spike was punching a bag, trying to unwind, still not perfectly in the zone since his break up

Clockwork was tinkering with something in the basement

Glimmer sighed, rubbing her face. “I got to let him down. He is sweet, but I have a struck “No Fan” dating rule.”
Stitches smiles, sitting down next to Dragonfly. “Oh, is that so? Maybe we can make a/No, we didn’t brake up with my boyfriend so you can chase your love interest!” Stitches groans “It has been so stressful!”

"...This is going to take some getting use to" she said "and if you break his heart someone else will be there to put it back together" Dragonfly said

Glimmer looks at her. “You say that like your wanting to swoop in.”

"....first of all no" she said "second of all if you are going to be jealous about it anyway, don't blame others because you threw something away you wanted because of some silly self imposed rule" she said "while he may be my type, he is also.... how do I put it.... still brainwashed by a backwards meta breeding cult?"

“Hay don’t you insult him like that!” Bo goes off.
“Girls!” Glimmer shouts over them. “We are all super stressed. I say we take the night off, and just go have fun.”

"....I haven't been out in public like that since.... well this happened" she said "....I could use the fresh air I guess"

“Alright girls night!” Stitches cheered.
“And I know just the place.” Glimmer said showing them an add for a masked dance at a club in the city. “We can hide in plain sight.”

"alright, works for me" Dragonfly said

The girls get ready and leave.

The club was crowded with people, dancing to loud music. Stitches is lost in it almost immediately, as Glimmer dances of on her own a bit.

Dragonfly does the same trying to keep the eyes on the girls as the night went on

She eventually finds herself at the bar, sitting next a tall man in dark clothing, who looks like he doesn’t want to be there.
“Go on, try talking to him.” Glimmer told her.

"h...hi there?" she asked him puzzled as to why he was hanging out there

He looks at her. “Uh... Hi.” He said. “Look, i’m Not here to get a date, maybe you like to try your luck with...” he pauses looking at a group of men being rowdy and a bit out of control, looking back at her seeing she was clearly not the type for them. “Uhh, never mind.”

She looks at him with a stern face "....if this is a drug deal I can't let you do that either" she said

He laughs. “Lady, right now I would rather be reading a good book by candle light. I’m not a drug peddler. I’m not a frat, and I’m not a goth, even if I love The work of Edger Allen Poe.”

"ya.... reading that totally makes you goth" she said sarcastically sitting next to him "then work" she said "because if you aren't here for company, aren't here for fun..." she says, giving him the once over "....and not the normal type either, bartenders, even on break don't sit at the bar, and you are too scrawny to be a bouncer"

“Stop me if you heard this one before.” He said. “We need to go out more, get you on the floor and get some sweet thing.” He said in a mocking tone, giving her a once over as well.

She smiled "only in my nightmares" she said, trying to think over what he did
Overall she had a relatively small frame, very thin, her costume was much more convincing than the norm

He was also thin framed, but tall. He did have some muscule in his build, and his costume was a long black trench coat, and a wide brim hat, and obviously not cheep.
“Would you like me to get you a drink?” He asked her, smiling at her.
