Pokemon: Origins!

Kanto: 2000 January 18th
A 6 year old Daniel, Alix and their sister Bethan were on their way to the hospital with their mother.
Daniel: Mum! Please, can't we stay! I wanna train with Minun
Minun: Mai!!! *begging*
Gaynor: NO! *grabs Daniel's wrist and ties a lead onto him* We are going to welcome the newest arrival of Pallet Town okay! I'm not taking no for an answer! That's final!
Daniel: Oh okay *pouts*
Gaynor: You had better put a smile on your face too
Alix: Yeah, this is kid could become the newest member of our team *winks*
Daniel: Really? You hear that Minun, we could have a new member of the Super Awesome Squad Team GO!!! That way I won't be the youngest! YAY!
Bethan: Hey, you will always be the youngest! Ha! No matter who joins, we ain't gunna treat you differently!
Daniel: Awww
Minun: Mai Mai
The family arrived at the hospital, when they arrived they were greeted by another family, featuring a mother, and her 2 boys. Daniel's family already knew who they were.
Daniel: Matthew! Jamie!
Matthew and Jamie, Jamie was the oldest of the 2 siblings, he was hot headed and thought he was the best, he always thought that because Alix had a pokemon with a type advantage of him, he could still beat him. Matthew, the younger sibling, he was a kind nature but when he got mad, you knew it! He always thought that inside, he was stronger than Jamie, but could never actually protray it.
Daniel's mum said to Matthew and Jamie's mum
Gaynor: Good to see you hear too! Nice to see that this baby is going to get a traditional Pallet Town welcome!
They all entered the hospital and were soon greeted by Prof. Oak and a boy, who was another familiar face to the families.
Tom; Tom was a younger sibling like Daniel and Matthew, he had 2 older brothers, and was seen as an outcast out of the 3 of them. He liked to take things a little bit too far.
Tom: Took your time!
In the waiting room was the baby's older brother and sister, James, and Johanna.
Daniel: Hi James, Hi Johanna!
Bethan and Johanna began playing together
Suddenly the doors opened up, and there he was, the new born baby of Pallet Town.
His mother held him up
Janice: He's finally here! Everyone meet Jack!
Everyone jumped up to meet the new baby and look at it.
It was shy, and blushed.
Daniel: The newest member of our team is here. Jack hey?
Janice: Oh no, Jack won't be joining in your little games, he's only a baby!
Daniel: Oh.


Days later, Daniel, Minun, Alix and Squirtle were training.
Alix: Getting strong I see!
Daniel: You bet! One day! I'll beat you, and its going to be soon.
Matthew, Jamie and Tom approached the gang in the garden.
Tom: Having fun? Training huh?
Daniel: You bet! Me and Minun are going to be strong!
Jamie: We'll have to see about that. Anyway, Matt, show them *shoves Matthew forward*
Matthew: Oh right! Well, the Super Awesome Squad Team GO! have an assignment.
Alix: An assignment?
Jamie: Yes. Rumours have it that there is a strong Pokemon lurking Pallet Town's woods. What ya say? We go check it out!
Alix: I'm in!
Daniel: Me too!
Jamie: Great, then let's head there then!
Alix and Jamie lead the way, with Tom, and Matthew behind them and Daniel and Minun lagging behind.
Daniel: I hate it how they are always faster than me! They never wait up for us either!
The group crossed streams and fields to get to where they were heading.
Jamie: This is it, the enterance! Sure you want to enter? Not afraid?
Alix: You wish!
Alix walked inside
Jamie followed, and Tom and Matthew behind.
Daniel: Uh, are you guys sure? It looks pretty dark?
Matthew: No worries, it'll be fine!
Tom: Ha! What's the matter, afraid of the dark! Haha! I'm sure Jack would have more guts than you.
Daniel: Grrr. I'm not a baby! Minun lets go!
Daniel followed.
As they walked through the dark woods, many red eyes appeared through the trees.
Daniel was getting sweaty.
Daniel: Can we go back now?
Minun: Mai
Alix: Relax! We're save in numbers!
Daniel: Safety in numbers! Right!
Minun: Mai!
They arrived at an opening.
They could see a metallic human like figure in the distance
Tom whispered
Tom: Is that it? the pokemon?
Jamie: You bet it is. And I'm going to catch it! Go Charmander!
The figure was alerted. It had its back turned to the gang, then looked at them briefly before taking to the skies
Jamie: WOW! What pokemon was that! EEEEE! Quick Alix check your pokedex!
Alix: Right *pokedex*
Pokedex: Mewtwo, No available data.
Jamie: EEEEH! Even the Pokedex doesn't understand its powers!
Alix: Let's check its base stats then.
Pokedex: 680
Jamie: WOAH! I've never heard of a pokemon with so much power! It's mine I tell you! One day! I'm going to capture it!

From then on, the group travelled to the woods each day to see the Pokemon once again, but they weren't in any luck. Each day, the pokemon wasn't there.
Daniel: Let's face it, this pokemon is never coming back!
Jamie: Don't be thinking like that, I'm sure we'll find it!
Alix: Uh, I've got something to tell you all.
They sat around a fire
Alix: I won't be joining you anymore, as of tomorrow, me and Squirtle are heading off on our journey to become Pokemon Masters.
Tom: So then, this will just be the 4 of us?
Matthew: Oh, but we've always been a team of 5.
Jamie: A replacement perhaps?
Daniel: Baby Jack?
Matthew: Haha, he's too young!
Minun: Mai
Daniel: *whispers to Minun* Darn it, I wish there was someone else younger than me.
The bushes behind them moved.
Jamie: Prepare youselves!
The 5 kids jumped up.
Tom: Go! Heracross!
Jamie: Charmander come out!
Matthew: Treecko, help us!
Alix: Squirtle! Let's go!
Daniel: Minun!
Out of the bush fell a girl
Alix: Bethan?
Bethan, Alix and Daniel's sister
Jamie: What are you doing here?
Bethan: Looking for a new member hey? Well you may as well close the offer, because I'm here, I'll take that spot
Tom: I don't think so, remember, you're a girl. This is for boys only
Bethan slammed Tom in the head.
Bethan: Say that again why don't you?
Tom: You're a g-girl....
Bethan slammed him again.
Bethan: I bet me and Jigglypuff could take all of you on!
Jamie: Really? That so?
Bethan: Yes! Jigglypuff, hit it *puts cotton wool in her ears*
Jigglypuff: Jig aly puff, Jigglypuff, Jigglypuff Jiggly, Jig aly puff, Jigglypuff, Jigglypuff, Jiggly!
Daniel: I-I feel..zzzzzzzzzzzz
Minun: ZZZZZZzzzzzzzz
Alix: Wait, n-no...Zzzzzzzzz
Jamie: *yawns* Uh, I should of seen th-.....Zzzzzzz
Matthew: ZZZzzzzzz
Tom: Hey, that's cheati-.......Zzzzzzzzz
The team and their pokemon fell asleep.
Bethan: Too easy! I'll come back later for them! That way they'll change their minds.
Jigglypuff: Jiggly!

As the hours past, the fire grew, and grew, and grew, and grew.
The fire began to catch the bushes, and trees.
The woods Pokemon ran past.
Daniel awoke.
Daniel: F-F-Fire!!!!!! Minun get up!
Minun woke up!
The rest of the gang woke up.
Daniel: Fire!!!!
Jamie: But how? Come on let's get out of here!
The team tried to run, but were trapped.
Daniel: We can't get out!
Alix: Squirtle! Please, I need you to use your strength to put out the fire!
Squirtle used Water Gun, but it only put out small amounts of the fire.
Jamie: Its not working.

Daniel began to cry.
Tom: Calm it! We'll get out, Return Heracross!
Alix: Come on Squirtle! You can do this!
Suddenly Squirtle began to glow.
Alix: Wha? What's going on? Squirtle? Are you okay?
Squirtle began to change, it began to grow ears, and its tail changed.
Squirtle evolved into Wartortle!
Wartortle: Tort! Wartortle!
Alix: It? It evolved? That's evolution?
Jamie: Woah! That looks awesome! Me and Charmander are going to train so it can evolve!
Tom: Hate to break this moment and all but! remember, FIRE!!!
Alix: Oh right.....Squirt-...I mean Wartortle, use Water Gun!
Instead of Water Gun, Wartortle used a stronger attack
Jamie: That looks more powerful than a Water Gun.
Matthew: I've heard of that! That's Hydro Pump!
Suddenly a Pink Ballon like Pokemon appeared. And a girl following!
Bethan and Jigglypuff!
Bethan: Mimic!
Jigglypuff fired a Hydro Pump at the Flames.
The flames died eventually.
Daniel: I don't understand!
Jamie: Mimic, that's a move that copies another pokemon's moves and allows them to use it. I guess Bethan proved useful after all.
Tom: Yeah but....
Bethan: Don't you dare say it.
Tom: Yes Ma'am!
Alix: Well, looks like you already found my replacement.
Bethan: Really? I'm in the group? Yippee!

The next morning, the families of Pallet Town gathered, to see Alix and Wartortle start their journey.
Gaynor: You've got your clothes? Food? Money?
Alix: Yes. I wouldn't leave without them.
Gaynor: Potions? Pokeballs? Antidote?
Alix: Yes. Well then, Super Awesome Squad Team GO!!! Good luck, keep training.....Jamie, your next. We'll meet one day, and fight, Daniel, same goes for you, so you and Minun, train hard.

Alix set off into the distance, Wartortle by his side, ready to explore the Pokemon World.
Daniel: We'll continue! I know it!

After a few days, the Super Awesome Team Squad GO!!! were all out playing and training.
Tom: So, where too today?
Heracross: HERA!
Daniel: Maybe we could go see the Old Proffessor?
Jamie: Nah, too boring!
Daniel: Uh, well I've got nothing.
Bethan: Viridian City?
Daniel: But Mum says we're not allowed to go that far.
Minun: Mai
Bethan: What? You do everything Mum says?
Tom: Scared? Again?
Daniel: No.....I just don't think we should go that far.
Tom: Ha, you are scared.
Matthew: Back off him Tom, you know Dan's still young.
Tom: Oh yeah? You gunna make me?
Matthew: *grabs Treecko's pokeball*
Jamie: Stop it you 2. Actually a trip to Viridian City, sounds interesting. Let's go.
Daniel: But.....But.....*sighs* (No one ever listens to me do they?)
Minun: Mai
Jamie, Tom, Bethan and Matthew walked ahead.
Daniel looked around then followed.
Daniel: Hey! Wait up!

Not long later they arrived in the big city.
Daniel; This place is.....really big.
Jamie: Relax, stick together, we won't get lost.
Matthew: So what shall we do here?
Bethan: This is Viridian City, this place is full of trainers. Let's go fight them!
Jamie: Uh we're all under age.
Bethan: So we go find people who don't care about age restrictions.
Tom: Sounds good to me!
The group went asking around, then they came across some trainers.
Trainer1: Sure kiddies, we'll battle you.
Trainer2: But at a price!
Jamie: What price?
Trainer3: We win, we get your pokemon, you win, you get ours.
Tom: We're in!
Matthew: Wait! I'm not giving my Treecko up for a prize!
Trainer4: Too late, once one of you agrees, you all agree!
Jamie: I guess we have no choice. We'll have to fight.
Daniel sat on the side lines.
Jamie: Charmander! Out you come!
Tom: Heracross win this!
Matthew: Treecko I need you!
Bethan: Go Jigglypuff
Out of the trainers pokeballs came Koffing, Ekans, Golbat, and Nidorino.
Trainer1: Koffing Smog!
Jamie: Charmander! Ignite those flames, Ember!
Charmander fired an ember attack which lit up the fog.
Bethan: Jigglypuff Doubleslap!
Jigglypuff jumped up and began slapping Ekans multiple times in the face.
Matthew: Treecko use Tackle!!
Treecko ran into Nidorino!
Heracross and Golbat were whizzing around, in an attempt to hurt each other.
It seemed as though the gang were winning.
Suddenly, the Ekans wrapped up Charmander and Treecko along with Heracross and Jigglypuff.
Golbat circled them use Supersonic.
All of the groups pokemon were confused.
Whilst Nidorino fired Poison Stings at them.
Koffing landed ontop of them and used Selfdestruct, KO'ing Charmander, Treecko, Heracross, and Jigglypuff, along with itself and Ekans.
Trainer1: We win! Your pokemon. they are ours!
Jamie: Return!
Bethan: Return!
Tom: Return!
Matthew: Return!
Jamie: What you think we're just going to hand over our pokemon? No chance!
A car pulled up besides Daniel and Minun, and they were both pulled inside.
Trainer2: Fine, but you won't see your little friend or his Minun again unless you give them to us!
Bethan: Daniel? How dare you! That's kidnapping!
Trainer3: We'll give you a few hours to think about it!
The Trainers followed the car holding Daniel and Minun.
