The Resurrection of Hoenn RPG

"Sharpedo, do it" said Renoz. He sent out Sharpedo and he hopped on him. Sharpedo swam quickly across the the water, catching up with others.

The group arrived outside the Power Plant. It was under the cycling bridge, and there wasn't much light.
Amy: It sure is dark here.
Flannery: Lets have Charizard light this place up!
Charizard came out of its pokeball.
Amy returned Empoleon and Tom returned Lapras.
Amy: So you're name is Renoz?
Flannery: Hey didn't we see you at the Grand Festival? You were looking pretty sad.

kelly sits down and cries, not able to find her praents.

OOC: How Amy know Renoz's name? He didn't introduce himself yet, until now.

Renoz returned Sharpedo and realise that Flannery was noticed him yesterday. He said "Guess you're saw me before? Fine, I'm will explain". "I actually a trainer, but since I won my first contest by coincidence, I obsessed to gather the Ribbons as well badges". "However, I lose the next contest twice in the row, but it's doesn't matter now".

OOC: Bump?

Amy: A coordinator and trainer? Haven't met many people like that. Renoz, a few words of advise. I was like you, I entered contests in Kanto. My first contest I didn't get through to the second round, and the next 4 contests I lost. I gave up....but my friends helped me and told me to carry on, so I did, and then I finally one my first ribbon in Saffron City, and from there I won and won. So what I'm saying is, coordinators lose all the time, but you can't let it bring you down, keep going and you will pull through. Look at me now, I'm a Top Coordinator, I won a Sinnoh and Hoenn Grand Festival, and now I'm a contest judge. You can do it. Although, with the current situation. That could be a while.

OOC: Sorry for not posting yesterday, got busy with some things IRL.

"Thanks for giving me confidence" said Renoz. He thought "(I'm sure I'll get badges & ribbons and I'll get you cousin)". He turned again his attention to others and asked "By the way, what's your name?".

Amy: Amy's the name, but you already know that from when I've seen your contests!
Flannery: I'm Flannery!
Tom: And I'm Tom!

OOC: Amy is a world famous coordinator, she's known by pretty much anyone and she's a Hoenn contest judge so she's seen Renoz in contests and that's how she knows his name.

"So, you're the judge?" said Renoz. "Sorry, I'm didn't pay attention to any of judge's name while I'm had my contest". Renoz start remembered something and said "Any reason why we're here?".

Kely walked the streets, and came acrossed the gym.

OOC: BUMP?

Amy: We are here because the power will be going out in Mauville City, but some repair men were sent here to fix the wires, we've been sent here to find them.
They entered the power plant.
Flannery: Alright, let's take a look, its pretty dark! So let's light this place up! GO! Chimchar!
Tom: Woah, you have quite the collection of fire types!
Flannery: Of course! My dream is to become a Fire type top coordinator! So, I've collected almost all the fire types from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh!
Tom: Impressive!
Suddenly, infront of them, was a repairman, laying on the floor.
Amy: Oh no! What's going on?
Flannery: You guys go on up ahead! I'll try and wake him up.
Amy, Tom and Renoz continued onwards!
Amy: Its really dark, but I'm sure Chimchar's bright flame will lighten it up.
Loud noises were coming from up ahead.
Amy: What could that be?

"Just in case.." said Renoz. He sent out Marshtomp.

They continued onwards, and the noises got louder.
Out of the darkness shot a bolt of electricity!
Amy: What was that?
Tom: A pokemon?
Out of the shadows floated a Magnezone followed by a few Magneton and Magnemite.
Amy: The Power Plant pokemon?
A worker crawled out.
Worker: RUN! THE POKEMON H--HA---HAVEE GONE INSANE BECAUSE OF THE EARTHQUAKES.
Electrikes ran past the group shooting electricity.
Amy: The poor pokemon, Plusle! Help us out! Calm down the electric types!
Plusle chased the pokemon.
Tom: Manetric you too
Manetric came out and started calming the pokemon down.
Within no time, most of the pokemn had calmed down.
Except Magnezone and the Magneton and Magnemites.
Amy: I guess we have no other choice. Combuskin go and fight the pokemon!
Combuskin began using Blaze Kick on the pokemon, hitting each on individually. Suddenly they turned, and began shocking Combuskin.
Combuskin: COMBUS! KIN!!!!!!
Amy: Combuskin No!
Combuskin began to shine.

Tom: Its evolving?

"Marshtomp, push away one of the Magnezone with Mud Shot" said Renoz. Marshtomp start continously shooting mud to one of the Magnezone, hoping to push it away and damage it.

Combuskin evolved into Blaziken.
Amy: My little Torchic evolved all the way into Blaziken!
Blaziken and Marshtomp defeated the Pokemon who were acting wild.
Plusle, and Manetric managed to talk to them and calmed them down.
Amy: We did it Renoz! Yay!
The work men gathered.
Workers: Thank you, we'll set up the power once again!
Amy, Renoz, and Tom left the Power Plant and met up with Flannery on the way. They sat on Lapras as they headed back to Mauville.
The water shookly slowly, it wasn't much but it made the gang wary.
Amy: We should get to the gym quickly.

For some reason, Renoz let Marshtomp out of the pokeball and Marshtomp followed the group while swimming.

Renoz kept quiet, thinking about his cousin.

The group made it back to the city and headed to the Gym. When they entered, it was a lot busier than before.
There were gym leaders, and powerful trainers who had arrived.
Petelburg city's gym leader Norman along with Coordinating daughter May had arrived.
Norman: Nice to see you Amy.
May: NO WAY! AHHH You're the top coordinator of Hoenn and Sinnoh! Nice to meet you finally.
Amy: Hi May, the pleasure is all mine, I've seen your contests, they are quite amazing.
May: Thank you!
Also visiting were powerful trainers, they were members of the Elite 4, Pheobe, Drake, and Sidney.
Tom: AWESOME! You're Sidney, Nice to meet you! You're like.....an inspiration. My name is Tom.
Sidney: Hi there Tom.
Wattson: You made it back. Thank you for helping restore the power.
Amy: I'm going to pop out for a bit, I want to go to the pokemon center and make a few calls to my family and some friends.
Wattson: Okay Amy, don't be too long though.
Amy: I won't!
Amy left the gym leaving the others inside.

Tom: I wonder who Amy wanted to speak to, my bet is Dan.
Flannery: I would guess so.
Suddenly the screen of the gym's TV began to flash.
TV: WARNING! WARNING, Earthquake of Magnitude 9.1 estimate to strike within the next few minutes! SYSTEM SHUTTING DOWN, GYM SHUTTING DOWN!
The door locked, safely locking them inside.
Tom: AMY!
Flannery: Please Wattson, open the door, we have to help Amy. We can't just let her wander out there.
Wattson: I-I wish I could....B-b-but its not safe, we'd be putting all of our lives at risk.
Norman: Wattson, we can't just let the power girl wander out there.
Wattson: I know, but we have no choice.

Renoz realize the situation and start thinking how to save Amy. He then asked most of everyone "Does someone had Psychic pokemon with move Teleport?".

Wattson: Unfortunatly not.
Tom ran to the door and tried banging into to open it, but it was no use.
Flannery watched as a tear fell down here face.

Groudon and Kyogre battled on. Nothing was stopping them .
Groudon used Flare Blitz, and Kyogre countered with Hydro Pump. It followed up with a Sheer Cold, but Groudon was able to dodge.
Groudon used Earthquake, full power. Kyogre on the other hand used Surf, full power.

Within minutes, Mt.Chimney began shaking and it couldn’t take the pressure. Cracks appeared on the side, and lava began to seep out. Following it was the eruption. Lava spurted out everywhere and came pouring down the Mountain.
The cable carts leading up the mountain couldn’t escape. And the people riding them were burned alive.

Flannery’s Grandad opened the doors of the gym.
People were running and screaming.
Flannery’s Grandad: What’s happening?
Local: Mt.Chimney has erupted! RUN!
Flannery’s Grandad: What?
The lava poured into the city, people tried to run and get away, but there was no escaping.

Elsewhere in Petelburg city.
The ground shook.
Max, Caroline and May’s Skitty ran outside.
Max: Mom! I’m scared!
Caroline: Quick get inside, under the table!
The ran inside and hid under the table.
Caroline held Max tightly.
A huge tidal wave swept through the city, houses collapsed and screams penetrated the city.
Caroline held Max tighter, tears ran down her face.
Suddenly the wave crashed through the gym, sweeping up everything in its way.

Renoz wordlessly looked down, couldn't rescue his friend.

In Fortree city, a tidal wave crashed through, luckily, most of the houses were high up in the trees. However, those in the houses on the ground were killed instantly.
Wiona: This! This disaster! How can it be happening?

Rustboro City was next, an Earthquake surrounded the town.
Roxanne and Probopass hid under tables.
But the Earthequake came to a sudden stop.
Roxanne: Its over?
She got up, and ran outside, making her way to the school to check on the children.
As she ran, a huge tidal wave crashed, in the wave was a Large Cruise Ship and Wailord which smashed into the Devon.Corp building.
Roxanne turned around, and began to scream!
The rubble from the building and ship, along with the water slammed into her innocent body.

Sootopolis City was empty, everyone had evacuted aware that they would most likely be hit. Juan sat on his Mantine in the sky. He watched in horror as his beloved City was drowned.
Juan: Goodbye……Sootopolis.

In Mossdeep City, Liza and Tate were in the Spaceship Center. They were awaiting a tsunami.
Liza: I can’t believe the whole of Mossdeep will be covered in water.
Tate: Liza, just be glad we’re safe, way up high here.
As Tate finished his words. A huge Earthquake took place.
The buildings below collapsed, the nearest building hit the Center on its way down. The tower became weak, and as the ground shook, the tower began to collapsed.
Tate: We’re going down!!!
It collapsed, rubble and dust flew everywhere.
A silence took the city.
As if things couldn’t get worse, a tidal wave swept through, leaving no survivors.

In Mauville, Flannery, Norman, May, Wattson, Tom, Renoz, Phoebe, Drake and Sidney were safe inside the gym.
Amy was outside, getting some fresh air. She wondered the town, looking around she could see all the suffering.
Amy: How could this happen? Why? So much pain, why would something so painful happen, its so cruel.
Plusle came out of its pokeball, it sensed the sadness in Amy’s heart.
Plusle: Plu!
It jumped up onto Amy.
Amy: Ah Plusle! Thanks! I needed that!
The ground began shaking rapidly.
Amy: Oh no!
Plusle: Plu!
Flannery: Are you sure we’re safe here?
Wattson: Sure I’m sure. This gym is perfectly safe.
Tom: That’s good.
Wattson: Its so safe, we won’t feel a thing.
Norman: I pray that Petelburg is safe.
May: Dad, I’m sure Mom and Max are okay.
Norman: I hope so.

The ground wouldn’t stop shaking.
Buildings collapsed.
Amy was curled up on the floor outside the Pokecenter.
However, it began to collapse!
Amy screamed. It filtered the city.
The Pokecenter building began to collapse on her.

A Dusknoir got out from Renoz's Poke Ball without Renoz knowing. Dusknoir looked to Renoz and he got out from the Gym through the wall. He flew more higher, looking around; unfortunately, he didn't noticed Amy.

Renoz body was shaking in all direction. His view is just kept looking down.

OOC: Its time to start Part 2

2 months had past after the Destruction of Hoenn. Amy's body was pulled from the rubble, thankfully with a pulse. She had been in hospital for over 2 months, and was finally allowed to be released.
Amy stepped outside the hospital. Plusle besides her.
????: Glad to see you're alright!
Standing to greet her was Tom and Renoz.
Amy: Hi guys! Am I glad to feel fresh air for once.

Over the 2 month period in which Amy was recovering, Hoenn had began to be rebuilt, the people of the region remained in hope and other regions had donated money to help get it back on its feet.
With so many gym leaders being killed in the destruction, discussion arrived about who would be the new gym leaders. A commitee of the current and remaining gym leaders and Elite Four was held.
Drake had been named Champion and it was his decision on who would remain gym leaders.
Drake: So we are here today to discuss the current crisis. As an Elite group we have decided that I shall act as Champion for now, Pheobe and Sidney shall remain as members of the Elite Four.
Sidney: Fantastic, thank you.
Drake: And we've decided that the potential of a certain gym leader has earned them a spot in the Elite Four, that person being Juan.
Juan: Really? I'm honoured.
Drake: Next is our final member, We've asked Ex Kanto Elite Four member Prima to join us. She is currently making her way to Hoenn and should arrive within the next few days. Next is the position of gym leaders. We have decided that the remaining gym leaders shall remain leaders. And we shall be getting in contact with the Gym Leader Academy to see their most gifted pupils with the potential to join our League.
Flannery: May I speak?
Drake: Certainly Miss Flannery.
Flannery: I'd like to resign as gym leader of Lavabridge Town.
Pheobe: WHAT?
Norman: But why?
Wattson: Flannery what is wrong?
Flannery: Now my grandad has passed away, there is nothing there left for me, I also wish to see the world.
Drake: We respect your decision.
Wiona: Flannery, it will be a shame to see you go.
Flannery: Thank you.
Drake: Right, let's wrap up the meeting here.

Amy, Tom and Renoz headed back to Amy's Villa, which managed to survive the destruction.
Over the 2 months, Tom had been conducting research on what caused the Earthquake and Tsunami. His conclusion was Groudon and Kyrogue.
Tom: Amy, we're setting up a rescue group to fight and stop Groudon and Kyrogue to reduce the Earthquake and Tsunami possibilities
Amy: Sounds like a good idea, I want in.
Tom: No way, Amy you've only just come out of hospital, you're in no shape to join us.
Amy: Yes I am, you are just scared of what happened to me before might happen to me again.
