In the house, there was a huge glass door that let the duo see through, Cid was sitting at a computer desk, typing away, while a giant purple blob Pokemon travelled across the floor "Muk, I told you, you gotta be a bit more still, you leave Ooze all over the place"

I could see Cid sitting at the table through the glass window and jogged over swiftly leaning against the wall

Glen followed suit,

Cid seemed to jump when something popped up on his screen, grabbing a headset and putting it on "Hey, glad to see you finally made it, you know, you should have told me your bro was so nosey, it is sorta getting hard keeping it from a secret from him, him and his 20 questions" he said pausing "hey come on now, I didn't insult the guy, and besides, what's the worst that happens if he finds out, I kept it a secret from him because you want me to"

looking round for a door that was open i spotted one and called glen over to it slipping inside quietly

Glen snuck in as well

"I really do think your brother thinks I'm up to something nefarious, his friend almost sent me crashing to the ground" he said pausing waiting for the retort "Oh, she's Georgie, his travelling companion" he said again waiting for the response "I get that vibe, but I didn't ask" "What do you mean I should find out? that would be beyond hypocritical Bas" he said

we manged to get in close to hear his conversation

"Dear, can you stop sounding so angry? It doesn't fit you, besides, the code is picking up on personality behaviours we exhibit for a realistic attitude as possible, so we have to stay as calm as possible, just relax Bas" he said

Glen cleanched his fist, annoyed a bit

I placed my habd on his fist to calm him down and felt a tingly sensation not again! i thought

"Good, that's the girl I know" Cid said "Anyways, I got the parts we need, I'll start working on a rough exoskeleton tomorrow" he said "Good Night Basillie" Cid said "Sleep well dear" he said taking off his headset and putting it down

"Muk!" the Pokemon said looking at the screen

"Still owe you many thanks for all the work you've put in" he said to his Pokemon, begining to walk around the house

"we...got-gotta go" i stammered quietly to glen and failing to walk straight

"Oh... Alright" Glen said, taking her arm and throwing it over his shoulder "don't worry, I'll keep you balanced"

"thanks" i say

"Don't mention it" Glen said, taking her towards the door

Muk went around the corner and let out an alarm to it's trainer

"shoot run!" i yell running as fast as i could dragging glen along which, wasnt very fast.

"Hey!" Glen said, making the corner, just getting a glimpse of two figures running away "Get out and stay out!" he said

"Phew " i say as i reached the gate and slipped through with glen "lucky he didnt catch it was us"

"...Ya" Glen agreed, "though I guess I did figure out that big secret.... anyways, are you alright?"

"yeah, i thought it was a vision but clearly it wasnt because i didnt see anything..." i said puzzled

"Don't lose too much slee pover it" Glen said

"i'll try not to " i smile weakly

"Good, because with the constest coming up, we should be ready" Glen said "And I don't want to beat you when you are not at your best"

"i'm gonna be fine honest" i say

"Alright, Alright" Glen said relaxing a bit

"good good ,now we really should get registered in the pokemon center" i laugh
