"Sure" he agreed "You have stuff to do in town, I have stuff to do in town, sounds fair to me"

"thanks" i reply smiling and eating a piece of toast

"Don't worry about it, you agreed to help me, seems fair"

"Don't worry, how many times have you helped me anyway?" i reply

"True, but to be fair, in the end I got something out of it" he joked

"true" I replied

"Wonder how closewe are...." Glen thought out loud

I look at him and raise my eyebrows

"Well we have been on this boat for so long, wonder how close we are to Canalave"

I looked up at the clock "We should be getting there at noon, its 10 now." i say

"So what do we do for the next two hours?" Glen asked

"how about a battle?" i suggested

"Alright, I'm in" Glen agreed "But I warn you, I am pretty good at this"

"i know" i said getting up from the table

Glen nodded and made his way to the battlefield "Ready whenever you are"

"rapidash, lets go" i called as i relised her from her pokeball

"Let's start off with you Starly" Glen said sending out his first Pokemon

"You have the first move!" i called to glen

"Up high!" Glen said, as Starly rose up in the air, far up "Can't hit him now"

"really? Use flame thrower with extra force!" i yelled as rapidsh sent a flame hurling towards Starly

"Dodge" Glen said, as Starly avoided the attack "My cousin's main Pokemon is a Flying type, I've picked up some of his tricks" Glen said "Now, Double Team!" Glen said, as Starly summond the double team up in the air

"Contest are my speciality I've been faced with this before, Rapidash flamethrower again but spin around!"

"Endevour!" Glen called out, as some of the clones worked their way down "You have more expierence that's right, but I can use that to my advantage" he said, as Starly pushed Rapidash with all it's force

Rapidash flew backwards hitting the ground with a thud

"Aerial Ace!" Glen said, and Starly followed through, trying to peck Rapidash, then returning high up into the sky
