Pokemon: Kalos Adventures

The Kalos Region, far away from the Unova region, Daniel headed out their on a plane with his 2 partner pokemon, Minun and Turtwig! 
The plane landed.
Daniel stepped out
Daniel: Here we are!!! Minun, Turtwig! We've arrived! Kalos, new friends, new places, and new pokemon to see! 
Minun: Mai
Turtwig: Turt!
Daniel:.....Although, this is odd, we've never come to a region without any of our friends. 
Daniel entered the airport in order to head to Lumiose City, but first he made a phonecall.
Daniel: Hey! Professor Juniper! We've arrived!
Juniper: Glad to hear it, you'll have to visit my friend, Professor Sycamore. He'll give you the updated pokedex, that'll be vital for you when exploring. 
Daniel: Got it!

Daniel, Minun and Turtwig entered Lumiose City. 
Daniel: This place is huge! 
Minun: Mai
Daniel: And look at that! That tower, its so tall, I'd love to go up there and see the whole city from above. 
A young girl rode past on a goat like pokemon. 
Daniel: Woah! Kalos! Its so cool! I wonder what that pokemon was. Let's get to the laboratory, get the pokedex, and get going! 

Elsewhere, another guy stepped off the plane, he was a young man with a small stubbly brown beard, with perfect brown hair. Accompanied by a little Charmander. 
????: So now we've arrived in Kalos, we should go pick up the car. 
Charmander: Char!  
The boy entered the airport and collected a set of keys at a reception desk. 
Recptionist: Here you go James, here are the keys to your car. 
James: Cheers! Let's go Charmander! 
James left the building and walked up to his brand new car. It was a black car, with sport stripes. 
James: If we're going around Kalos, we have to have a sweet ride! And this is for sure! 
Charmander: Char!

In Aquacorde Town, an old man, a boy around Dan’s age, and a Houndour were walking
???: Jude my boy, you can’t go wondering off like that
Jude: I have been stuck in this house for months, how the heck am I supposed to remember anything with such restrictions Walter
Walter: You will learn it at the right pace, you had Finvarra worried
Jude: I spend enough time under you and your granddaughter’s eyes, I mean, no offense, but I need my space
Walter: If you keep running around though, who knows what trouble you two will get into
Jude: Geez, you keep telling me that me and my parents lived in this town with you and your granddaughter, but every time I turn around, you seem to treat me and Houndour as criminals!
Houndour: Dour! *the Pokemon stomped his foot
*Walter just glared at the Dog Pokemon*

Daniel: There's gotta be a laboratory around here somewhere! But where!
Minun: Mai
Turtwig: Turtwig
2 young scientists stood across the street. 
Scientist: Did you say laboratory?
Daniel: Yes! I'm looking to meet Prof. Sycamore! 
Other Scientist: Well its a good thing we've bumped into you! My name is Sina, this is Dexio, we're the professor's assistants! We can show you the way to the laboratory!
Daniel: That'd be great thanks! 
The duo led Daniel to the laboratory, as they went on their way, James past them in his car.

Walter: Pack up, all three of us are heading to the city, there is a photography exhibit
Jude: ...Fine
Walter: You are a part of high class society now, you have to behave appropriately
Jude: High class sucks the will to live out of me *sarcastically said*

*In another city was another boy, Dark complexion and fading green hair, adventure was forced upon him in the most literal of senses*



*The reluctant boy slowly leaves his house, dressed in a white turtleneck, black skinny jeans with some black hiking boots, he shuffled his uncomfortable backpack before looking back inside*

???: Dad, do I REALLY have to be doing this? 

Dad: Guy, I know this might seem difficult, but trust me, this'll be good for you.

Guy: But Daaad...

Guy's Dad: Nope, it's final, you are going on this journey, you have your map on you, now you're off WHERE again?

Guy: Ugh...I'm going to Lumiose City to pick up a starter pokemon from Professor Krane.

Guy's Dad: *A-hem*

Guy: ....Oh, I mean... Sycamore?

Guy's Dad: Right, Now off you go.

Guy: I don't suppose I could stay for anoth-

Guy's Dad: Love you, call when you can. *He kisses Guy's cheek and quickly closes the door*

Guy:................*Deep Sigh*........Here we go... I guess...

*Checking his Map twice the young man heads towards Lumiose City*

As Daniel approached the laboratory, he passed a bank, when suddenly, alarms started to ring. 
Sina: A robbery?
Deixo: Who would do such a thing?? 
The bank doors bursted open.
Out came a Drapion with a trainer on its back. 
Daniel: Stop!
Trainer: Who dares to stand in my way?
Daniel: We do!
Minun: Mai 
Turtwig: Turtwig! 
Trainer: *sigh* Finish them! 
The Drapion blasted them with a Hyper Beam, sending the heroes into the skies. 

Daniel landed in a large wasteland type area outside the city. 
Daniel: Ouch! What happened?
Minun: Mai
Daniel: You okay? 
Minun: Mai Mai
Daniel: Good, how about you Turtwig?........Turtwig? Turtwig? 
Daniel scanned around, there was no sight of Turtwig. 
Daniel: TURTWIG WHERE ARE YOU!?

James continued driving down the street, when suddenly, something smashed through his windscreen.
James: WOAH! *turns wheel*
The car skidded and ended up crashing into a lamppost. 
James: Charmander, you okay?
Charmander: Charmander Char! 
James: What on earth happened *scratches head*
James turned around to see the backseats of the car, to see a small green turtle pokemon injured. 
James: WOAH! 
James got out of the car, and picked the injured pokemon up. 
James: We need to get you some help. Charmander let's go! I swear we passed a laboratory just now. 
James took off down the street towards the laboratory.

At the gallery, Jude overheard someone's transmission of the news

Jude: ....There seems to be some commotion in the main city
Walter: Well, yes, but that's not our concern nor our place
Jude: Seriously? You claim to be some ace trainer, I have seen your Gallade move, and yet you sit here all day doing nothing!
Walter: It will be solved by the time we get there Jude, don't worry about something that others can handle, have faith in others

*Right outside the lab Guy sighed before he heard the explosion*

Guy: WH-whoa now, that certainly sounds like a problem.....
*Guy quickly enters the pokemon lab*
Hello...I'm looking for a Professor ...Burnet? uh Sycamore!

*A Small Frog came jumping by, followed by a chesnut and a Fox, each jumping at guy,latching onto him*

Guy: Ahhh!! *Guy stood perfectly still unsure of what to do*
???: Stop, Stop you three need to be ready for the trainers arri-V'Oh Bonjour Monsieur!
*An attractive tall man with blue curly hair and a lab coat came running after the pokemon, this was obviously Professor Sycamore*
Guy: Ahhh uh, Bonjour Professeur, could you help me?
Sycamore: Ah you're the young man from Santalune City, yes? *He said detaching each starter from Guy*
Guy: Y-yes, I'm here to pick up ...m-my starter?
Sycamore: Oh yes, those are these 3 beautés right here~
*Guy looked at the calmed down in Sycamore's arms*
Guy: Well they seem..... like a lot of trouble..
Sycamore: Sorry the startled you they were surprised by a loud noise outside, do you know what happened?
Guy: Uhhh, there was... an explosion, I didn't stick around long enough for the details..
Sycamore: An explosion you say? well hat explains that... it doesn't sound too safe for the pokemon here either, and those trainers who are coming for their starters haven't turned up yet, if they're not here shortly, after you pick your own starter, maybe you could mind the other two as you head out the city?
Guy: Wh-whoa, whoa whoa, I only came here for a single pokemon, how am I supposed to look after 3?!?
Sycamore: We shall sort things out later, right now which one of these three will be yours?
Guy:.....

*Guy carefully looked over the three pokemon, The Frog was cool but there was something about it Guy didn't like, the chestnut while cute, honestly looked a tad silly to him, looking at the fox Guy took a liking to it's big ears, it looked just the right amount of cool and cute to him*

Guy: I'll... pick you. *He said lifting up the fox*
Sycamore: Ah that is Fennekin, The Fox pokemon.
Okay now you hold these other two.
Guy: Wai-*Sycamore had already placed them on Guy and reached into his pockets*
Sycamore: AH, now here is another thing for you, this is a pokedex. *he it shoved into Guy's hands*
and here are some pokeballs, *he placed them on the pokedex in guys hands, he tried to balance as they all nearly fell off* and here are some potions in cause any of the pokemon get hurt. *he placed them on guys arms* thee are some pokaroons, they love these things. *he placed a bag in Guys hands*
Guy: Okay this is just a litt-
Sycamore: And THIS-
Guy: Oh Great.
Sycamore: Actually I forgot what was in here, you be sure to check later!
*Sycamore pulled out a bag, placing the strings in Guy's mouth, which was the final straw, Guy fell down dropping everything*
Guy: Ugh...
Fennekin: Fenne, Kin, Kin!
Sycamore: Mm-hmm-hmm~
*Sycamore and the pokemon gave a chuckle*
Guy: ...I'll just... take these into here for a moment...
*Guy had gathered everything and moved into a room by the side, the three pokemon followed him, closing the door behind them*

Daniel and Minun scouted the desert area for their friend. 
Daniel: TURTWIG
Minun: Mai Mai
Daniel: He's gotta be around here somewhere! Turtwig! 

After Guy left the lab, James arrived.
James: Hello! Can anyone help! 
Sycamore appeared
Sycamore: Bonjour! 
James:....Yeah Hi. Look, I was driving along when this pokemon smashed through my window! Its hurt. 
Sycamore: Oh! 
Sycamore took the pokemon off James and his staff began treating it. 
Sycamore went to speak to James
Sycamore: So you say this pokemon smashed through your window, that's unusual. But its even stranger, a Turtwig, this pokemon is rare in this region, I've never seen one, my old mentor, Prof. Rowan gives these out to starter trainers in Sinnoh, so what is one doing here. 
James: Ya....that's strange. Anyway I'm going to dash now. 
Assistant: All done! Turtwig is feeling better now. 
Sycamore: Oh fantastic! Thank you. 
James: Ah good. Well, I'll be seeing you. 
Sycamore: BUT WAIT! This Turtwig, it has an owner! They must be so worried! Please could you do me a favour?
James: A favour? What?
Sycamore: Could you try and return this pokemon to its owner? 
James: Ah....uh....I had plans.
Sycamore: Oh. Of course I completly understand, forget I even mentioned it.
James: Ah.....fine. I'll take it with me.
Sycamore: Brilliant! Thank you very much. Here take this with you! *hands over a device*
James: What is it?
Sycamore: Its a pokedex! Its got every pokemon registered in it. 
James: Oh really? 
James points at Charmander: 
Pokedex: Charmander, the Lizard Pokémon. Charmander's health can be gauged by the fire on the tip of its tail, which burns intensely when it's in good health.
James: Oh really..... *points a Turtwig*
Pokedex: Turtwig, the Tiny Leaf Pokémon. Its shell is made of earth and when it absorbs water, it becomes harder.
Sycamore: Yes, as you can see, all pokemon are recorded in this device.
James: Ya..great. Well goodbye then. Turtwig follow me, we'll find your owner. 
Turtwig: Turtwig? 
Turtwig seemed reluctant. 
Sycamore: Here take this
Sycamore handed James a lead, which Turtwig was put on. 
James: Oh great.
James left the lab and headed out into the city. 
James: Turtwig, your trainer.....where are they?
Turtwig: Turtwig!
James: I have no idea what you're saying.....this is going to be a struggle.
Charmander: Char! Char
James: Well you can understand! But I can't! I can't even understand you Charmander. 
Charmander: Charmander Char

*Guy came back out of Sycamore's side room, with everything packed and pokeballs on his belt*

Guy: Okay Professor I'll be going now, thanks for... all this stuff?
P. Sycamore: Ahh you're quite welcome, Beau
Now about these other starter pokemon..

Guy: I don't think I should...
P. Sycamore: Oh no need to worry, once the other trainers come for their pokemon I'll send them after you, they shouldn't be too far behind.
Guy: (Sounds like I'm gonna be mobbed...) *sigh* Fine, I'll do it.
P. Sycamore: Merci, Beau!
*P. Sycamore returned all the starters and gave them to Guy*
P. Sycamore: Now, the first place you should head too is Camphrier Town, Compris?
Guy: ...haaaaaa... Compris...
*Guy adjusted his backpack and left Professor Sycamore's Lab with a single wave*
Guy: Well this is just a FINE start, I'm already minding other peoples pokemon...
....hope they come soon...
*Guy stood at the gate to Camphier Town*
Guy: Aaaaaaand... we're off.
*Guy exited Lumiose City*

Daniel and Minun frantically continued to search the area for Turtwig but there was no luck. 
Daniel: Braviary would be a huge help right now! 
Minun: Mai
Daniel saw someone approaching him, it was none other than Guy. 
Daniel: Hello! Hi there! My name's Daniel, this is my partner Minun, we've lost our friend Turtwig, you haven't seen him anywhere have you? *pulls out his Unova pokedex to show a pokedex entry of Turtwig*
Pokedex: Turtwig, the tiny leaf pokemon, The shell on its back is made of soil. On a very healthy Turtwig, the shell should feel moist.




James entered a pokecenter on the route to his location, he used the computer to phone his mother.
Lisa: WHAT? You've broken the car! We bought that car, and on its first day its broken! James dear! What are we going to do with you! Daddy will get you a new one within the next few days, but it means you'll have to walk for now. 
James: But Mam! I hate walking! Its so boring. 
Lisa: I know, but you've got Charmander to keep you company. 
James: But I don't understand anything Charmander says.  
Lisa: You will, you'll develop a bond with your pokemon.
James: Doubt it! Its cute and all, but I dunno....
Lisa: You will my boy! Its natural. Now you should go take that pokemon to its owner, I'm sure its worried. 
James: Okay, Mam, speak soon bye! 
James hung up.
James: Great....we have to walk for a few days. I'm not pleased about this. 
Turtwig: Turtwig! 
James: The sooner I get you and your owner reunited, the sooner I can go check out the local girls! Haha
Turtwig: Turtwig?
James: I hope to become stud of Kalos! So many girls! AHAHAAHAAHAHAHA
Turtwig:....Turt....Turtwig *sighs*
James: Charmander! GO! Let's keep Turtwig company. 
Charmander: Charmander Char! 
James, Charmander and Turtwig headed off to their destination. Santalune City.

Guy: *Initially shocked by the strange guy's sudden approach* WHOA, Whoa. Whoa now. Slow down there.
Aaaaa.... Turtwig?....
Um, I think I overheard Professor Sycamore talking with someone about that... maybe?

Daniel: Oh really? Thanks! Minun, you hear that? Turtwig might be at the lab.......
Out from the ground appeared, Drapion, and the thieves. 
Daniel: Minun! Look! 
Thief: WAH! Its that kid! Drapion quick! Attack! Hyper Beam
Drapion: GRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAG
Daniel: Minun: Dodge! 
Minun moved aside! The Hyper Beam headed towards Guy, breaking the bag holding the pokemon that were inside their pokeballs.

Guy: AHHHH, NONONONONONO!!
*Guy chased after the pokeballs which continued to roll away*

Froakie and Chespin came out of their pokeballs. 
A hyper beam fired at the balls, destroying them and releasing Froakie and Chespin into the wild. 
Froakie and Chespin both disappeared as the raging Drapion continued. 
The Drapion then began to violently lash out towards Guy!
Daniel: Minun! Protect the kid! 
Minun: Mai! 
Minun ran up towards Guy, before letting out a Thunderbolt at Drapion! 
Drapion was shocked, causing the thief to fall off. 
Daniel then ran over to the thief, holding his arms behind his back so he couldn't move, before grabbing rope out of his bag.
Daniel: You're not going anywhere. Now Minun! Thunderbolt again! 
Minun let out another bolt of electricity, shocking Drapion, causing it to faint. 
Shortly after, Officer Jenny arrived.
Jenny: Thanks to the 2 of you and your pokemon, you stopped the criminal and now we can return the money back to the bank. We are so grateful. 
Daniel: You're welcome. 
Jenny left with the criminal and Drapion in the back of a van to take them to jail. 
Daniel: I'm sorry you got caught up in that mess then, sorry, I didn't even catch your name, what is it?

*Guy just sat there Shell Shocked by the whole event, holding Fennekin's pokeball in his hand*

Guy: I had.... those Starters.... for 20 minutes...
I HAD... THOSE STARTERS... FOR TWEN-TY MIN-UTES. 
AND NOW. THEY. ARE GONE.
*Guy keeled over on the ground OTL*

*Guy drooped flat on the ground*

Daniel stared at a sorrow Guy, he sympathized for him.
Minun: Mai
Daniel: Hey, don't be so hard on yourself! You made a mistake, everyone does it, heck, I've made a ton myself, even right now, I'm looking for a pokemon of mine who I've been separated from. Its easy to see you're new to this, its no biggie, you get used to it, as long as you learn from your mistakes you'll be fine, onwards and upwards! Its the only way to go! Now tell me, what was your name? *reaches hand out to pull Guy up*

*Sitting up Guy looks at Daniel's hand, pausing for a bit before finally taking it*
Guy: *sigh* Guy. My name's Guy.
Nice to meet you.
(Well now I guess I gotta figure out what this mistake he's on about is, what, did I not move when the huge intimidating thing jumped out of nowhere and started firing beams wily-nily...)
Well I'm not sure what just happened,*He said letting go of Daniel's hand and heading back into the city* ...So I'm taking you to Sycamore and yoooooouuu can explain what just happened.

Daniel: (EH! I just did a nice little speech about  not blaming yourself, and then this guy throws the blame at me!) Perfect, if Sycamore has seen Turtwig, then he's the main guy to turn to! 
Minun: Mai
The 2 new acquaintances headed off back to Lumoise city, where they arrived at Sycamore's lab. 
Sycamore: Welcome, so you must be Daniel! Juniper has told me that you've come to help give me data to update my pokedex!
Daniel: Yes, however, there's this problem you see! Me, Minun and my Turtwig arrived in the city, but we ended up getting separated and now Turtwig is missing!
Sycamore: A Turtwig you say! Ah you're Turtwig's trainer! OF COURSE! A beginning trainer just set out to find you, they're heading for Santalune City! 
Daniel: Santalune City?
Sycamore: Oui! Oui! Guy, I take it you managed to deliver the pokemon right?

Daniel explained the situation to Sycamore. 
Sycamore: Non non, this isn't good. Guy, you did all you could, I understand that, perhaps I asked too much of a beginning trainer. Oh well, Froakie and Chespin are wild pokemon, I suppose they're free for anyone now. So Daniel, last time I spoke to James, he was heading to Santalune City. It wasn't that long ago, you should be able to catch up with him by now. 
Daniel: Cracking! Then Santalune is our next destination Minun! 
Minun: Mai
Daniel: Oh that's right! Here Professor. 
Daniel handed over if Unova dex to Sycamore. 
Sycamore: Merci! 
Sycamore began downloading the data onto his system and updated his pokedex. 
Sycamore: Here, Daniel, please have this! 
Sycamore handed Daniel the Kalos dex. 
Sycamore: Since you're here Guy, have this. 
Sycamore updated Guy's dex. 
Sycamore: Guy, if you want my advice, in order to become a good trainer, one has to have the value of friendship, in order to learn from someone else, only then can a trainer become a good one. 
Daniel: He's right, I wouldn't be where I am today without all the friends who have helped me along the way, Jack, Amy, Kurt, Luke, Ashley, Lucas, Sid, Mika, Dawn, Meryl.....without them, I'd be nothing. Hey Guy, why don't you tag along with me? I'm looking for some travelling buddies to travel Kalos with! I know I'd never make it alone, having you along would be great. 


James arrived in Santalune City. 
James: Phew made it. 
Turtwig: Turtwig. 
James: I hate walking! Why can't Mam just rent me a car or something. I don't even want to travel if I have to walk everywhere, there's no point. 
Turtwig: TURTWIG....TURTWIG TURTWIG TURTWIG TURT! (What? Giving up on a dream because you're lazy. Where's the use in that?) 
James: Ah, I have no idea what you're saying. Come on *pulls lead* let's check the pokemon centre for your trainer.

Walker: Jude, you can't keep getting into fights that's not how...
Jude: How high society acts, well, they were insulting your granddaughter, what was I suppose to do
Finverra: Thank you Jude
Walker: And you
Jude:.... Added bonus
Walker: you two had a battle and burnt that painting down!
Jude: Hey, it was his Litleo
Walker: I don't care who started the fire, there shouldn't have been any fire to begin with!

Guy: Well you certainly seem.... *he said looking Daniel up and down* ...prone to trouble... but also good at getting yourself out of trouble too... Not to mention very.. "speachy"..
Whelp, I can only go up from here, Sure I'll come along.
*Fennekin Popped out of it's pokeball*
Fennekin: Kin, Fenne-kin!
Guy: Oh. yea. Fennekin is here too.
*Fennekin ran around Guy's legs before puffing a small flame*

Daniel: Woah! What's that pokemon? 
Pokedex: Fennekin, the Fox Pokémon. Fennekin expels hot air that can reach nearly 400 degrees. It likes to snack on twigs.
Daniel: So that's the fire starter! Its quite cute, wouldn't mind one myself! 
Minun: Mai mai! *raises pour out to Fennekin*
Daniel: Well thanks for everything Professor! Let's get on our way! I need to find this guy who's got Turtwig! 
And like that, Daniel dashed off, grabbing Guy with him and Minun mimicking its trainer by grabbing Fennekin and following.

James arrived at the Pokecenter. He sat down in the cafe to have a drink and bite to eat. 
Turtwig watched as James ate his food.
Turtwig: Turt.... *stomach rumbles*
James: Oh. You're hungry? 
James looked at his plate, to find his last bit of food, he then looked back at Turtwig who had a sad expression on his face. James then sighed and handed the food to Turtwig.
Turtwig: TURT! *munches down the food*
James: I can't wait to find your trainer, then they can pay me for the time and money spent on you. 
Nurse Joy approached
Nurse: Excuse me, you have a phone call.
James: Me? 
James headed over to the computer, on the screen was Professor Sycamore.
Sycamore: James, pleased to see you made it to Santalune city. Now, I know who the trainer of the Turtwig is! I have sent him your way, he goes by the name of Daniel.
The professor brought up a picture of Daniel on screen.
James: Ah great. 
Sycamore: He's on his way to you, so if you could wait around for a bit, then he would be most grateful. 
James: Wait around? What am I suppose to do here?
Sycamore: Well theres a gym, you could take part in it. 
James: A gym? I've never really been interested in becoming a trainer, but I'm open to trying new things! Catch ya later! 
James left the pokecenter
Sycamore: But.....agh, he left.

Outside the gym...
Walter: Yes, but you got us all banned from the gym
Jude:....your grand daughter is more a coordinator,you got the badges years ago, and I don't really care.... why is it a big deal?
Walter: that's not the point!
