Sid: Alright, let’s get this show on the road, Electabuzz, go! *Sid sent out his Electabuzz*
Karl: Go, Cacturne! *Cacturne was sent out*
Sid: Alright, start this off with a Quick Attack! *Electabuzz charged towards Cacturne*
Karl: Needle Arm! *Cacturne swung it’s arm like a baseball bat and launched Electabuzz across the battlefield*
Sid: Electabuzz! *Electabuzz slowly gets up from the attack*
Karl: Cacturne, Focus Blast! *Cacturne launches the attack towards Electabuzz*
Sid: Use Quick Attack to dodge! *Electabuzz narrowly avoids the attack*
Karl: Magical Leaf! *Electabuzz was hit by the leafs*
Sid: Thunder Wave! *Cacturne was hit by the electrical attack and found it difficult to move*
Karl: Magical Leaf! *Cacturn tried to move but couldn’t*
Sid: Brick Break! *Electabuzz ran up to Cacturne and hit it with a powerful Brick Break*
Karl: Cacturne, Needle Arm!
Sid: Thunder punch! *Again Cacturne couldn’t move but was hit by the powerful Thunderpunch, unable to battle*

Mika: Hoooray Sid!
Daniel: Just one more stage of the preliminaries!
Ashley: Once thats over, it really seperates the strong from the weak.
Jack: That's were the intense fights start though!
Lyra: Wow! I can't wait! I know I'm going all the way!

The gang went back the Pokecenter hotel for the night.
On the screen, it showed Patrick winning his match.
Then it showed a board of all the Trainers left.
Suddenly the began to get jumbled up.
The heroes appeared on screen next to their oppenents.
Sid was up first, against Rosy, Lucas was up shortly afterwards fighting agianst Mairi, and Lyra was near the end up against Joey!

At the battle field....

Sid: Alright, let's do this, Roselia, let's go
Rosy: Roselia, go! *The two Roselia's exited their Pokeballs*
Sid: Alright, let's start with a Mega Drain! *Roselia tried to absorb some energy*
Rosy: Dodge that and use Magical Leaf! *Roselia dodges the attack and launches some leaves*
Sid: Magical Leaf! *Roselia launches some as well as the two attacks hit their targer*
Rosy: Poison Jab! *Roselia charged for Sid's Roselia with a purple flower*
Sid: Protect! *Roselia protects itself from the attack* now follow it up with a Magical Leaf *Once again the leafs charge for Rosy's Roselia, hitting it, causing some damage*
Rosy: Pin Missle! *Roselia sent a burage of pins at Sid's Roselia*
Sid: Dodge! *Roselia was unable to dodge and was hit by the attack* Use ingrain to regain some strength *Roselia plants it's roots*
Rosy: Leaf Storm! *Roselia launches some leaves as the wind picks up and those leaves charge for Sid's Roselia*
Sid: Protect! *Roselia protects itself from the attack*
Rosy: Poison Jab! *Roselia charges for Sid's Roselia and punches it once the protect is down*
Sid: Roselia! *Roselia flips in the air* use Magical Leaf! *Roselia faces the other Roselia and launches Magical Leaf, knocking it back*
Rosy: You can hold in there, just stay strong!
*Sid`s Roselia then summons a black sphere around it`s hand and launches it at Rosy`s*
Rosy: Roselia! *The Pokemon tries to get up but can`t*
Ref: Sid is the winner
Sid: What was that just there?

Daniel: Wow! Roselia! Haven't seen that in so long!
Jack: The Lily of the Valley confernce was the last time right?
Ashley: Yes it was. Looking stronger since then. And more brighter.
Mika: WOW!!!!!!!!!

Lucas: Alright Sid that was awesome, Now it's -MY- Turn!!

*At the Battle Feild*
Announcer: Contestants Ready?
Lucas: Ready!

Announcer: Good, Now BEGIN!

Mairi: Relicanth, Let's get em!
Lucas: Relicanth?
Pokedex: Relicanth, The Longevity Pokémon, Relicanthe is a Rock and Water type, Relicanthe Pokémon that was once believed to have been extinct. The species has not changed its form for 100 million years. It walks on the seafloor using its pectoral fins.
Lucas: (Rock AND Water, This'll be EASY!!) I'll let you start first!
Mairi: You'll regret this!
Relicanth use Ice Beam!
Lucas: Treecko counter it with Bullet Seed!
*Treecko jumped over the Ice Beam and used Dragonbreath*
Lucas: H-Hey, I did'nt want you to-
Mairi: Ancient Power!!
*Rocks flew out of the ground at Treecko*
Lucas: Treecko, Avoid and use Dragonbreath!
*Treecko jumped from Rock to Rock and pelted Relicanthe with a Bullet Seef*
Lucas: Hey! I Said Dragonbreath!
Mairi: Try Hydro Punp!
Lucas: Dive under it!
*Treecko jumped over the Hydro Pump and RAN Across it, She then jumped high and came crashing into Relicanth with a powerful Pound*
Lucas: NYYYAA< WHy won't you listen!
*Treecko jumped arounf with a Agility, Bragonbreath as she went, leaving blueflames standing where she was, she then appears in the air behind all the blue flames and spins with a Pullet seed, the bullet seeds taking the flames with them, creating a beautiful effect of dancing flames as each one hit Relicanth*
Lucas: You like to do things in style don't you?
*Treecko mearly stood with her arms crossed as Relicanth fainted*

Announcer: And the winner is, Treecko and Lucas!
Lucas: Huff.....

Lyra: Lapras use Ice Beam one last time!!!
Lapras fired an Ice beam, which struck and KO'd Joey's Rattata.
Lyra: Yay!
Joey: Aw man! Return Rattata, oh boy, my Rattata will beat you one day! I can feel it!
Announcer: And that was the final Preliminary battle! Which means Lyra moves onto the next round. So these are our lucky 48 contestants. Now these 48 contestants will be split into 16 groups of 3. Each trainer in a group will fight the other 2 trainers in their group with 3 vs 3 matches! This is the Semi-Finals rounds! GOOD LUCK!

Many trainers appeared on screen. In different blocks.
In Group D was Lyra, with 2 other trainers. Lucas appeared in group F with a trainer called Roma, and Adam. Later appeared Sid in group O.

Announcer: The first match is against Adam and Roma!

Roma: Let us begin.

Roma: Masquerain let's go!
Adam: Pinsir Dance with your swordly fury!! *Swords rapidly flew aroun Pinsir*
Roma: Um, Masquerain use Air Slash!
*Masquerain fired slashes of air at Pinsir*
Adam: Jump, Jump, Jump, Sissors! X Version!
*Pinsir jumped over the Air Slashes and slashed Masqurain with a powerful X-Sissor*
Roma: Bubble!
*Masquerain fired a stream of bubbles which knocked Pinsir back*
Roma: Now Butterfly Dance and Air Slash!
*Masquerain danced all aound and fired air slashes from all directions, Pinsir was struck hard*
Adam: OOH, What a move!
*Pinsir got up, full of energy*
Roma: Wha, How?
Adam: Guill-o-TINE!!
*Pinsir's horn's glowed white, it grabbed Masquerain*
Roma: Bug Buzz!
*Masquerain emitted a loud noise*
Adam: Wha-wha-wha-wha-whaaaa, Pinsir Guill-o-TINE!....AGAIN!
*Pinsir KO'D Masquerain easily*
Adam: I-thought-I-was-Toast.
Roma: Nooo...

Lucas: Confusing as ever I see.
Bonsly: (I feel like we've been left out of this post...)

Announcer: Welcome to block D! Today we will be witnessing the fight between Lyra and Shirley! Today’s battle will take place on the rock arena!
Lyra and Shirley stood on their stands facing each other. The gang were sat in their places.
Announcer: This match will be a 3 vs 3 battle! BEGIN!
Shirley: GO Y’ALL! I chose you! Rapidash!
Lyra: Then I choose you! Togetic!
Shirley: Rapidash charge it with Flare Blitz!
Rapidash came charging towards poor Togetic.
Lyra: No way! Not today! Togetic dodge it and follow it up with a Metronome!
Togetic glided out of the way of Rapidash who then crashed into the wall, it then used Metronome which became Flash Cannon, it hit Rapidash, but didn’t do much.
Lyra: Yikes! Okay Togetic! Follow up with Extremespeed!
Togetic dashed around at an immense speed, it struck Rapidash.
Shirley: Oh yeah? Rapidash, Extremespeed!
Lyra: Togetic Extremespeed!
The 2 Pokémon collided and collided multiple times.
Soon they became tired.
Lyra: Switch out! Now GO! Snorlax! Snorlax SLAM!
The slow Snorlax got up and charged at the tired Rapidash.
Rapidash was KO’d.
Shirley: Wow! That’s good! Okay, return! My next Pokémon is going to show you trouble. You’re up!
Out of the poke ball came Corsola!
Lyra: A Corsola huh? Return Snorlax and go! Azumarill!
Azumarill: Azu!
Lyra: Azumarill! Hydro Pump! Let’s go!
Azumarill fired a Hydro Pump at Corsola
Shirley: Protect! Then follow up with Spikes!
Lyra: (Oh no! I can’t return my Pokémon without them getting hurt) Azumarill! Ice Beam! *winks* Oh and Spin! (Thank you Dawn!)
Azumarill span around whilst firing an Ice Beam! The rock field had now become what looked like, the Ice field.
Lyra: Now! Azumarill slide!
Azumarill slid across the floor, into Corsola, knocking it over, unfortunately for Corsola, it couldn’t get back up.
Lyra: Now! Hydro Pump!
The Hydro Pump slammed Corsola into the wall, Ko’ing it!
Lyra: YAY!
Shirley: Darn you’re good! But no matter! Looks like I’ll have to pull out all the stops! GO! Typhlosion!
Lyra: A Typhlosion? Wow! Azumarill! Stay in there!
Shirley: Blast Burn! NOW!
Lyra: WOW!
The arena lit up like a volcano! Flames erupted from the ground, the ice melted and an Earthquake appeared! Azumarill was flung into the air, then hit by multiple flames. It was Ko’d
Lyra: Return! Out you come Togetic! Now attack whilst you have the chance!
Togetic flew at Typhlosion with Extremespeed, it hit it, doing some damage.
Lyra: YAY! Now use Extrasensory!
A beam was fired out of Togetic’s eyes and it flew into Typhlosion.
Shirley: Extrasensory also!
Typhlosion fired Extrasensory. The 2 beams crashed, and it was a matter of strength to see who would win. Typhlosion powered up and its attack overcame Togetic’s. Togetic was unable to battle.
Shirley: Looks like I turned this around!
Lyra: Snorlax it’s up to you!
Shirley: DIG! And quick!
Typhlosion dug underground.
Lyra: Big mistake! Fissure!
Shirley: OH! Typhlosion! GET OUTTA THERE! NOW! PLEASE!
The ground began to collapse on Typhlosion and it fainted instantly.
Referee: The winner is! Lyra!
Lyra: YAYAYAYAY
Khoury: Huh! What do you know; Snorlax came in useful after all.
Daniel: Great Battle Lyra!



OOC: To speed things up, I'm just going to wrap up Lyra's next battle really quickly like they do in the anime.
The sun was shining very brightly.
Lyra: Meganium use Solarbeam!
Isaac: Feraligatr move please!
Feraligatr was no where near quick enough to move and it fainted.
The score board showed Lyra as the winner with her 3 pokemon, Meganium, and Dragonair had not fainted, whilst Lapras had.

OOC: Right, So I'll make Adam's battle with Lucas quick!
Why he does things like this You or I'll never know.

Announcer: Time for the battle against Lucas an Adam!
Lucas: Ready to go Steelix!
Adam: Ohh Electrode, Oh Electrode~
ANnouncer: BEGIN!
Lucas: Steelix, Iron Tail!
Adam: ROLLLLL-OUT!
*Steelix flung his tail at Elctrode who simply jumped and rolled along his tail and hit Steelix straight in the jaw*
Lucas: Flash Cannon!
*Steelix blasted Electrode back with a powerful Beam*
Adam: ROL-LA-BOLT!
*Electrode rollout-ed again, this time covered in elctricity and wasted no time in striking Steelix again*
Lucas: Steelix, Flash then Dig!
*Steelix glew brightly, blinding the whole stadium and when everyone could finally see again, Steelix was gone*
Adam: Such a Neat Trick!
*Electrode simply roll around the feild*
Lucas: (It'll be hared for Steelix to hit Electrode while it's moving...hmm)
Steelix Flash again!
*Steelix's tail popped out of the ground and glew intensly again, Next thine everyone knew, Steelix was back on the feild and Electrode had been sent flying.*
Lucas: Ha-Ha!
Adam: A nosiey noise annoys a Psychic~
Lucas: Say what now!?
*Electrode fell on Steelix and EXPLODED! Steelix was badly injured, but he did'nt faint, while Electrode was out flat, He was then returned*
Adam: *On Lucas's side* THE WINNA IS LUCAS!
Announcer: The win- Wuh? HEY!
*Adam threw a smoke ball on the feild and disappered without a trace*
Lucas:.....That guy is weeeiiiird.
Bonsly: Bon, SLY!(You can say THAT again!)

Daniel: Good luck Lucas! You have to win this next battle to be able to move on without having to go to sudden death.

Elliot: Let’s start this, go Hypno! *The yellow being was sent out*
Sid: Alright, let’s go Skarmory! *Sid sends out his metallic bird*
Elliot: Nasty Plot
Sid: Sandstorm! *both Pokemon set up, as Hypno gains a wicked smile followed by the summoning of a Sandstorm*
Elliot: Alright Psychic! *The Pokemon forces Skarmory to the ground and seems to get the upper hand*
Sid: Flash Cannon! *Skarmory opens it’s mouth and launched the powerful beam at Hypno, freeing Skarmory from the hold*
Elliot: Focus Blast! *A brown sphere is created and was launched as Skarmory, as the Sandstorm seemed to cause Hypno some discomfort*
Sid: Dodge! *Skarmory tried to avoid the attack, but it hit Skarmory head on*
Elliot: *smiles* now, another Psychic to end this
Sid: Flash Cannon! *Skarmory quickly launched one more attack, as the powered up Psychic hit him and knocked it out*
Elliot: Looks like I’m in the lead
Sid: Skarmory, return *Skarmory was returned to it’s Pokeball, while the Sandstorm was still going strong* Sandslash go! *Sid sent out his Sandslash*
Elliot: Alright, Psychic!
Sid: Dig! *Sandslash dug underground to avoid being seen, and avoided getting hit by the attack*
Elliot: No problem, you can’t hide underground forever *Hypno took some damage from the storm*
Sid: Now! *Sandslash came up from underground and struck Hypno,*
Elliot: Psychic! *Hypno forced Sandslash against the ground*
Sid: Dig! *Sandslash dug underground to avoid being tortured by the psychic*
Elliot: Focus Blast! *Hypno looked down the hole and launched another brown sphere*
Sid: Get out of there quickly! *Sandslash came out of the ground, but it was too late as the brown sphere hit him, knocking him high up in the air, he then fell and crashed into the ground, being knocked out* Sandslash!
Elliot: One more left *The Sandstorm seemed to die down*
Sid: Alright, Megahorn quick!
Elliot: What is it going to be…
*Nidoking is sent out and charges for Hypno, then hit him with the powerful attack*
Elliot: Hypno!
*Hypno faints*
Elliot: *calls him back* alright, Magneton, go! *Magneton was sent out*
Sid: Earth Power! *Magma seems to come up from the earth and charges towards Magneton*
Elliot: Explosion! *Magneton lights up and explodes*
Sid: Poison Jab! *Nidoking punches the ground, shifting the battleground, making a wall to reduce the attack*
Elliot: *sees that Nidoking isn’t knocked out* Wh… what?
*Nidoking still took a lot of the attack and seemed weak*
Sid: Can you keep going? *Nidoking nods*
Elliot: Houndoom, go!
Sid: Alright, Nidoking lets try a Poison jab
Elliot: Fire Fang! *both Pokemon charged at each other and hit each other*
Sid: Darn it…
Elliot: Bite
Sid: Earth Power! *Again, the earth forces Houndoom to stay away*
Elliot: Flamethrower
Sid: Dodge, and useEarthquake! *Nidoking avoids the attack and then the earth begins to shake, as Houndoom is held in place and gets hit back, unable to move and is knocked out*
Elliot: Looks like… I lost

Lucas: Let's go Abomasnow!
Paige: Vileplume go!
Announcer: BEGIN!
Lucas: Abomasnow use Razor Leaf!
Paige: Vileplume use Petal Dance!
*The two grass moves collided and spread about the feild*
Lucas: Let's try Blizzard!
Paige: SolarBeam Vileplume!
*As the moves before them, Blizzard and SolarBeam collided, sending warm sparkles and cold frost around along with the Petals and leafs*
Lucas: Let's try again, Woodhammer!
Paige: Go for it Vileplume, Giga Impact!
*For a thrid time, Abomasnow and Vileplumes attacks collided, from the cameras view the crowd saw Vileplume and Abomasnow holding hands in a snow feild, while some cherry blossoms and leafs, followed by some spakles were swept by the wind*
Lucas: Blizzard!
*Directly in front of Vileplume, Abomasnow unleashed a large snowstorm, Freezing Vileplume to the spot*
Paige: Vileplume!
Lucas: Woodhammer again!
*Abomasnow knocked the frozen pokemon into the stands*
Lucas: Now Razor leaf!
*The leaves Abomasnow threw at the icicle split it and released Vileplume, who was KO'D*

OOC: Yeah, I made that pretty contest-y.

Ashley: Lucas' is through to the next round aswell as Lyra!
Jack: Wonder how Sid is getting on!

Mika was supporting Sid at the stadium he was fighting in.
Mika: *on the pokegear* Yeah! Sid won his first battle! His next one is coming up now!


Daniel: *on the pokegear* Great, on my way with Khoury and Lyra.

Vick: Looks like here we decide
Sid: I guess so
Vick: Alright, Tauros, go!
Sid: Exploud, go!
Vick: Horn Attack
Sid: Stomp *The two Pokemon collide in the air*
Vick: Giga Impact!
Sid: Water Pulse! *Tauros charges in, as the water is launched, but pushes through, and hits Exploud, who is now very weak*
Vick: Recharge
Sid: Hyper Voice! *Exploud let out the extremely loud noise*
Vick: Hold it... *Tauros takes the attack and seems really weak* Now, Stone Edge! *Rocks are called up from the earth and hit Exploud, knocking him out*
Sid: Good job Exploud, return! *Sid calls back his Pokemon* Electabuzz, go! *Electabuzz was sent*
Vick: Stone Edge! *The stones were summoned again*
Sid: Dodge with a quick attack and hit it with a thunderpunch! *Electabuzz blasted pass the stones and struck Tauros, knocking it out*
Vick: Return! *Tauros was returned* Venomoth, let’s go!* Venomoth was sent out*
Sid: Thunderpunch!
Vick: Psybeam *Venomoth held Electabuzz back for a bit, but then he struck the moth*
Vick: Another!
Sid: Light Screen
*The circles charged towards Electabuzz as a wall appeared and slowed down the attack*
Sid: Alright, Thunderpunch again
Vick: Aerial Ace! *The two Pokemon charged towards each other and collided, knocking each other out*
Sid: Return! *Electabuzz was returned*
Vick: Interesting, now it’s just a one on one battle, go Golem! *Vick sends out his last Pokemon
Sid: Skarmory! *Skarmory was also sent out*
Vick: Alright, Fire Punch!
Sid: Fly up into the air and use Flash Cannon! *Golem charged towards Skarmory, who flew up high into the air and then let out a powerful gray beam*
Vick: Rock Throw! *Golem rips out part of the earth and throws it towards Skarmory*
Sid: Try to dodge! *Skarmory tried to avoid the rock, and managed to*
Vick: Again and again! *Rock after rock was thrown at Skarmory, until one hit him and caused the Pokemon to land* Fire Punch now! *Golem charged towards Skarmory at a fast pace*
Sid: Protect! *Skarmory created his yellow pixelated bubble that protected him from the attack*
Vick: Wait for it....
*The shield disappeared*
Vick: Now! *Golem used another fire punch, causing a lot of damage*
Sid: Skarmory, you ok?
*Skarmory nods*
Sid: Alright, Flash Cannon! *The silvery attack flew through the air and hit Golem*
Vick: Rock Throw!
Sid: Flash Cannon! *The rocks were thrown at Skarmory who dodged each of them and when there was a free moment, he launched the attack, that his Golem, knocking it out*
Vick: I... I lost?, Golem, return...

Daniel: WOO! HOO! GO SID! Alright! All 3 of you are through.
Ashley was on the Pokegear to the gang, with Jack beside him in another stadium.
Ashley: Patrick also got through! Looks like one of you or all of you may meet him in the final rounds!

Later that day.
The gang wait in the Pokecenter hotel, with the final 16 trainers on screen.
Lucas, Sid, Patrick, Lyra and Klaus were all there on the screen.
Jack: Great you all made it!
Mika: That's werid, your Johto rivals didn't make it to the final rounds.
Announcer: AND! HERE WE HAVE IT! FINAL WEEK! Tomorrow we will start the final rounds! With Lyra and Johnny kicking it off!
Lyra: Alright I'm up first! YAY!
Daniel: This is it, the hardest part has arrived! I just know one of you are going to win it!

Lucas: I'll make sure I win!
Bonsly: BonSLY!(And I'LL be helping!)

Sid: I dunno, there are still some tough trainers left, maybe we should head back for the night

OOC: One more thing I want to do before the next day, but night is probabily the better time for it

OOC: So you gonna do it any time soon?

OOC: Shoot, sorry, just thought someone would say something to that.....

Patrick: Just get it over with, quickly *knocks on Mika's door*
Mika: *answers the door* hi Patrick, what are you doing here?
Patrick: I was wondering, you know since you aren't with Volkner anymore, if you'd um, *scratches the back of his head* maybe want to go out with me?
Mika: *blusehes slightly* That's really sweet of you, but I can't
Patrick: Oh... so you have a new boyfriend already huh? Is it Daniel? Lucas? I've known you longer than either of them
Mika: No it's not one of them
Patrick: Then it's Sid, isn't it?
Mika: *nods*
Patrick: *bites his lip* alright, alright I get the hint, *walks away and mumbles to himself* I save her Grotle, and to think this is what I get.....

The next day! Explosions from fireworks began! Awaking the people in their numbers! All of them gathering to see the fights.
Daniel: Lucas, Sid and Lyra! This is it, final 16!
Lyra: I know right! I can't wait!
Khoury: Let's not get too ahead of ourselves now.
Ashley: These are the toughest trainers in Johto here! All 16 of you managed to beat 8 gym leaders, and make your way here by fighting various other trainers.
Jack: Good Luck!
Mika: We're rooting for you!
The final 16 appeared on screen, next to their opponents.

Lyra was first to battle! Her pokemon had taken all but one of Jason's pokemon down. And it was likewise for Jason.
Dragonair and Vaporeon stood facing each other, both ready to perform one last attack before they couldn't take it anymore.
Johnny: Hydro Pump!
Lyra: Protect!
The Hydro Pump did nothing.
Lyra: Follow up with a Dragonbreath!
Lyra's Dragonair fired its attack! Ko'ing the poor pokemon.
Announcer: And that's that! Lyra wipes out Johnny and places herself into the final 8, following her are Klaus, Patrick and Jeffory.
Mika: Patrick made it too! I'm so happy!
Announcer: Up next! Lucas Vs Jason, Sid Vs Malloy, Kallam Vs Rebecca and Jenifer Vs Nick!

Jason: Chansey let's go!
Lucas: Ready to go Meowth!
Announcer: BEGIN!
*fter a long, long battle, it finally came to a stand still*
Lucas: Growlithe, Flamethrower!
Jason: Skiploom, Solarbeam!
*The attacks collided and resulted in a giant explosion, As it cleared Growlithe was out of breath and Skiploom was fully Ko'd*
Lucas: YEEES!
Jason: NOOOO!
Announcer: The winner is LUCAS!
He will go to fight KLAUS!

Lucas: Him....
Klaus: This'll be an intresting turnout.

Malloy: Exeggutor, use Razor Leaf
