Pokemon: Adventures in Hoenn

Amy, Flannery and the boys arrived, watching the Mega Rayquaza transfrom. 
Amy: It....it mega? It can mega evolve? NO! When will this end? 
Thomas: Those crooks keep pulling things from up their sleeve. 
Alex: Crooks? Its that psycho one.....the one Dan used to travel with.
Joel: That ice girl and her brother look like they need support. 
Amy: Let's go then. 



Groudon and Kyogre made their way towards Evergrande City to fight Rayquaza 


Daniel: Greninja use Water Pulse! 
Courtney: Talonflame, dodge use Flare Blitz!
Maxie: Eruption! 
Alun: Shadow Ball


Evan crawled up to the bars of the cell. 
Evan: Who's there? 
He heard a familiar noise. In front of the cell was Poochyena, wagging its tail
Evan: Poochyena! I'm so glad to see you! 
Poochyena jumped up and down, then bit into some of the wires next to the cell, the cell opened up. 
Poochyena then ran into the cell, jumping into Evan's arms.

*Kaia rushed over, helping Jude up, him coughing up a bit of blood, Wilf watching over them, both Kaia and Wilf with a horrified look on their face*

Jude: I.... I have to.... it was the only way you'd get your freedom, was to let the beast free

Jude: There wasn't.... but don't cry my friends... *Jude said weakly looking at them* this was my choice.... and the fact that the last days of my life were spent with you, helping you, being there with you..... no matter what turns it takes, I have felt more alive in these last few months than I did those years locked up in the old man's basement
*Kaia held his cheek, crying*
Jude: I don't regret protecting you, I'd give up my life a thousand times over to protect you.... all I ask.... is that you and the rest of the Rogues, live lives you want to live..... alright?
Wilf:...you can count on it
Kaia: I.... Jude please
*But it was too late, Jude had past on before Wilf even responded to him*

*Amy and her friends ran past the Rogues and the lifeless Jude on their way to Rayquaza, the pair of them weeping for their fallen friend*

Clare: Walrein! Ice Beam!
Finn: Hydro Pump! *The Pair launched their attack, but the storm prevented the attacks from making it, though the storm seemed to be getting weaker with time*

Amy: Stop guys....
Amy ran over to the 2 weeping Rogues and the lifeless Jude. 
Amy: Jude......
Thomas: He's dead?
Alex: That kind of works out well for us doesn't it?
Joel nudged Alex
Joel: Let them have their moment.

*Rayquaza blasted a dragon pulse at Amy and the Rogues*
*Delibird jumped in the way, using Ice Beam to create a large wall of ice that broke into pieces, but did weaken the blast, large chunks of hail falling*
Clare: We....we can't get through that thing
Finn: It will take us down easily
Clare: Daniel..... where are you.....
*Finn glared at her, then back at Rayquaza*

Amy: Blastoise!
Joel: Venasaur!
Alex: Charizard! 
Thomas: Sceptile! 
The 3 Kanto Starters came out, alongside Sceptile. 
Amy: We've got to take it down together! 
Groudon fired a large Fire Blast at Rayquaza, whilst Kyogre used Ice Beam.
Joel: They're helping?
Thomas: I think its just a common enemy. They see it being stronger so they're working together to take it down. 
Amy: Blastoise, Blizzard!
Joel: Venasaur use Solarbeam! 
Alex: Blast Burn! 
Thomas: Frenzy Plant!
Flannery: Magmar, use Fire Blast! 



Evan: Poochyena, that Ninetails....it looks like its in pain.
Poochyena approached it. 
Evan: We should help it! 
Poochyena began biting into the wires attached to Ninetails. Ripping them apart. 
Ninetails collapsed to the ground. 


Camerupt and Talonflame were getting weak, as were Greninja and Marowak.
Daniel: Greninja, one last Water Pulse! 
Alun: Marowak, use Bone Club! 
Rob fell to the floor. 
Maxie: What? What's going on? 
Rob let out a large cry, in pain. 
Daniel: Rob?

*Rayquaza seemed to brush off the attacks, but the wind dying down to a crawl*
Clare:.... I .... I have a plan
Finn: You can't be serious?
Clare: Finn, Confuse the thing
Finn:Al...alright, Poliwrath, Mind Reader!
*poliwrath closed it's eyes, before opening them wide, surronded by a blue aura*
Finn: Dynamic Punch!
*Poliwrath charged in, using the attacks of the other Pokemon as a cover, as it ran up to the Rayquaza, through the weakened storm, punching it in the tail, only to be hit by said tail into the side of the mountain, knocked out, though the storm itself seemed to die down significantly*
Clare: Paralyze it now!

Amy: We can help with that, Thunder Wave Plusle! 
Plusle let out a wave of electricity. 



Mewtwo felt its trainers pain. It disappeared in front of everyones eyes.

Daniel and Alun took out Camerupt and Talonflame. 
Rob laid on the floor, screaming in pain. 
Daniel and Alun ran over to him. 
Rob: *staring at the photo of his family on floor* Sara.....Evan.....Tayl.....ARGHHHH!! NO....I HAVE NO FAMILY! NO!!! ARGHH WHAT HAVE I......DONE....ARRRRRRGH!
Maxie: You've not done anything.....these 2. These 2 have killed your family. 
Rob: WHAT? NO! 
Rob stopped. He got up off the floor.
Daniel: Maxie, you're insane. 
Maxie: They kidnapped your child, and killed him. 
Rob: NO....NO.....NO!!!!!
Mewtwo reappeared, in front of Daniel and Alun. 
Daniel: M-Mewtwo....
Alun: ROB! SNAP OUT OF IT!
Minun: Mai
Turtwig: Twig!

*Rayquaza was thrashing about wildly, but was easily hit thanks to the confusion, slowing down significantly*
Clare: Alright, Let's end this once and for all, Walrein, Sheer Cold! *Clare held out her hand, pointing at Rayquaza, as the icy cold area surrounding Walrein began to spread out, freezing everything in the way, the ice approaching the distracted and out of it Rayquaza, who was still thrashing about with no real direction or purpose, now just much slower than before as the cold got closer and closer to the Pokemon*

Amy: Finally the cold.....amongst this boiling weather.
Joel: Has she beat it?

Daniel and Alun started backing up.
Mewtwo lifted up its arms, shaking them. 
Black aura surrounded both Daniel and Alun, as well as Minun and Turtwig. 
Rob: KILL THEM. 
Mewtwo clenched its hands. 
Daniel, Alun, Minun and Turtwig back rapidly shaking. 
Daniel and Alun screamed in agony. 
Minun: Mai!
Turtwig: TWIG!

*Rayquaza started to fly up slowly, it's winds now completely gone, moving away from the ground and the cold*

Delibird: BIRD!
*An Injured Delibird flew down onto Rayquaza, hands covered in ice, using Ice Punch in both of it's hands falling right towards Rayquaza*
Clare: De....Delibird
Finn: Can't even let me be her hero just this one can you little guy?*
*Delibird grabbed the weakened Legendary, pushing it back into the ground, Delibird crashing face first into the ground, with no energy left to hold on any longer, the cold reaching both Pokemon, knocking them both out, Rayquaza turning back to normal*
Clare: De....Delibird..... T...thank you

Amy: You.....You did it! Clare! Delibird! Walrein! You guys did it!
Joel: Amazing! You stopped the power of a legendary pokemon! 
Alex: You defeated a legendary pokemon! 
Thomas: Incredible!

Daniel, Alun, Minun and Turtwig were held in the air, their skin beginning to bubble as their bodies shook. 
Maxie: Its over! 
Rob: DIE!
Evan and Poochyena bursted through the door.

Finn: Not bad there sis
Clare: It's.... it's all thanks to you guys, thank you, thank you for all the help

*The pair turned to find the Rogues, only to see them, and Jude's body, gone, them having used the Rayquaza to escape*

Groudon and Kyogre arrived at Evergrande City, continuing their battle.
Amy: We still have those two to deal with. 
In the air, a shiny Metagross flew by with Steven standing on top.
Steven: Thank you all for your hard work.....this ends now. *holding a red orb* 
Thomas: The red orb.....you can put Groudon back to sleep...
Steven: Yes, your friends were able to distract Team Magma whilst I stole the red orb back from them.

Amy: Dan? 
Joel: Alun too? 
Steven: Correct. Now we can end it. 
Steven held up the orb, it began to shine.......bright lights shot out of it, latching onto Groudon and pulling it back into the orb, to sleep.
The rain began pouring harder, and the seas were rough. 
Steven: Return Kyogre.....before it causes damage.
Amy: RIGHT!
Amy held up the blue orb, once again, bright lights shot out of it, latching onto Kyogre and pulling it back into the orb, to sleep. 
The rain stopped, the seas calmed down, the sun came from the clouds.
Alex: Am I glad to see that again.




Poochyena grew longer, it evolved into a gold Mightyena! 
Evan: Poochyena! 
Mightyena leaped at Mewtwo, with its teeth ready to attack.

It then raised its arms at Mightyena. But nothing happened. 
Mightyena jumped into Mewtwo, using Crunch, both Mewtwo and Mightyena fell onto the roof top, they then rolled off the roof and towards the ground below. 
Evan: Mightyena!!!!!!! 
Daniel: NO!
Mewtwo shot upwards, Mighyena still holding onto it, they crashed back onto the roof. 
Daniel: Phew!
Alun: Of course....Mewtwo....it can't fight back....psychic doesn't work on dark. 
Daniel: OF COURSE!
Evan: Mightyena you can do it!
Daniel: Greninja! Dark Pulse! 
Marowak: Shadow Ball!
Daniel: Turtwig use Crunch! 
The pokemon then ran up attacking Mewtwo! 
The pokemon continued attacking. 
Evan turned to face his father. 
Evan: Daddy, please.....its me.
Rob collapsed onto his knees

Rob punched the ground. 
Rob: Evan? Evan? My son....ARGH!!! *in pain* 
Maxie: STOP IT!

Evan: Its me... its really is me. 
Rob looked at his son.
Rob: Evan.....
Maxie grabbed Evan by the neck. 
Daniel: LET HIM GO!
Alun: Put him down Maxie. 
Maxie held Evan over the edge of the building. 
Rob: THAT'S MY SON!!!!!
Mewtwo sensed its trainers anger. 
Mewtwo lifted Maxie up into the air. 
Maxie let go Evan, letting him fall 
Daniel: EVAN!
Daniel jumped off the building, catching Evan and falling to the ground.

A shining light appeared on the roof, Daniel, Evan and Gallade emerged from the light, landing safely on the roof. 
Rob: My son! You're alive. . . 
Rob ran up to Daniel and Evan, grabbing hold of his son and holding him tight.
Alun, Minun and Turtwig ran up to Daniel 
Alun: You had us worried there then. Good job Gallade. 
Courtney tried backing off back to the door to run, however police came running up the stairs.
The police arrested the magma grunts, as well as Courtney and Maxie. 
A very familiar friend came running up the stairs as well, with a Piplup.
????: Dan! 
Daniel looked up, to see his old friend Dawn, and Piplup too. 
Daniel: Dawn! 
Dawn: You guys....you saved the day once again!
Dawn hugged Daniel.
Dawn: I'm so glad you guys are okay! I came here as soon as I could, I saw the news. I saw Mewtwo, and I just had to help it....Mewtwo?

Dawn: What's happened to you? 
Mewtwo held its hand out to Dawn. 
Alun: Rob, I think you know what you have to do here.
Rob: Right....
Rob held out the master ball.
He pressed the button
A blue light hit Mewtwo....freeing it. 
Mewtwo then began to change colour, the black on its skin began to fade, as it turned to its original colour of purple and white. 
Dawn: Mewtwo you're free......
Mewtwo smiled, it turned to face Rob, nodding, before teleporting away. 
Daniel: Its over now....It's finally over. 
Daniel, Alun, Evan and Dawn looked out into the ocean and towards the mountains.
Whilst from the mountains, Amy, Clare, Flannery, Finn, Thomas, Joel and Alex looked out into the city. All taking in the calmness that had now settled in the region.

*Finn smiled, looking at the site, happy everything was fine, only to see Clare punching the ground crying*
Clare:....I lost him.... I lost him... I lost him *Clare hit the ground in frustration, upset at what had happened to Evan and that she couldn't stop it*

Amy's pokegear began beeping
Amy: Hello? Dan? You're alive?
Daniel: Of course, did you expect anything else. Meet us in the local pokecenter. 
Amy: Now?
Daniel: As soon as you can!
Amy: Got it. .  . . Guys let's regroup!

The doors bursted open, Amy ran in, looking around. People and pokemon were being treated by nurse Joy and Chansey. 
Her eyes then scanned the room. She spotted a group of people sitting down, being treated. 
Amy: Dan! 
Amy ran over, through her arms around Dan. 
Daniel: AMY!
Amy: You did it....you actually did it! 
Daniel: I didn't do it! Evan and Mightyena did it! And what about you guys! You stopped Groudon! ......And Rayquaza. 
Amy ran up and hugged Evan, before patting Mightyena, then she hugged Alun. 
Thomas: Good work kid. 
Joel: Yeah great job kiddo
Alex: You did awesome
Daniel: Oh yeah, Dawn, meet Amy.
Dawn: AH! You're the world wide famous contest star Amy! I'm so glad to meet you!
Amy blushed
Amy: You're the famous Dawn.....nice to finally meet you
Dawn: You've heard of me?
Amy: Daniel and Jack's Unova travelling pal!
Amy and Dawn began fangirling 

Daniel got up out of his seat and approached Clare.
Daniel: Clare, I owe you an apology. Clare I'm sorry, I lost it with you....I didn't mean anything I said. I just thought he was gone......but it worked out in the end. Also, I let you down, I made a promise to help you and stop Rayquaza but I let you down, I couldn't fulfil that promise.

Clare: ....I know *she playfully punched him in the shoulder, just enough to push it back a bit* guess you weren't the perfect prince charming after all huh? Don't worry I had another prince who had my back instead *she looked down, patting Delibird on the head*

Daniel then went back to Evan
Daniel: Hey little guy, looks like from this point on, everything is going to be alright! You've got your dad back. Your mum and brother are on their way here too. You'll be a family once again.

Evan: Yeah....*fake smile* 
Daniel: I bet you can't wait. You've spent a long time travelling with me, but now you've finally got a home to go to. You've been through a lot though Ev. You're one of the bravest, and strongest people I know. 
Evan: Not a brave as you. Or strong either.
Daniel: If you're this brave and strong now, I can't imagine what you'll be like when you're my age. You'll put me to shame
Evan chuckled. 
Daniel: Come here! *holds out his arms and pulls Evan in for a hug, before ruffling his hair*

The doors opened, and in to the pokecenter came Sara and Tayl. 
She ran up to Evan and Rob, holding Tayl in her arms, the 4 of them embraced each other as they started to cry.
Daniel stepped back, giving them there moment and standing beside Alun, Amy and Dawn. 
Alun: They're reunited now because of you Dan.
Daniel: Because of us....you did just as much as me. 
Amy: Its a shame that you two never got to finish the Pokken League.
Steven: I think the two of you proved well enough that you deserve the Pokken League championship. You 2 are the Champions. 
Daniel: Really? 
Steven: Yes, of course, you showed the strength and courage of a champion, and the teamwork and co-operation of friends and teammates that make a champion. 
Dawn: That's amazing! You 2 rock!

Steven: But that being said, I'd like you all to accept the title of Heroes.

The Hoenn gym leaders appeared, each holding a medal. 
Alun: What's going on? 
Steven: You all demonstrated over the last few hours that you are heroes, and therefore we would like to name you.....as the Heroes of Hoenn. 
Daniel was awarded his medal by Flannery. 
Flannery: Way to go Dan!
Alun, Amy, Evan, Clare, Finn, Alex, Joel, Thomas, Yen and Sid were all given medals. As well as their pokemon.
Minun: Mai
Turtwig: Twig
Dawn, Piplup, Sara, Tayl, and Rob, as well as the gym leaders all clapped!

*they all seemed to be taking in the moment, not getting too showboaty about it*

Steven: We would have done a big flashy ceremony, but Flannery advised us against it.
Flannery: I bet you still want to travel Dan, and if the public knew you were one of the heroes of Hoenn, you'd be bombarded everywhere you go.
Daniel: Cheers Flannery, appreciate that.

The gang remained in Evergrande City for a few days, helping restore the city. 
Daniel was left wondering what he would do next. 
Daniel: Minun, Turtwig, I've no idea what we'll do next.
Minun: Mai mai
Turtwig: Twig!
Daniel: Maybe the next thing we do from here on out if head home for a bit? We could figure something out then.
Dawn: So you've decided what to do?
Daniel: Yeah heading home for a bit to have a bit of thinking time.
Dawn: Sounds like a good plan
Daniel: Are you coming?
Dawn: Nah, me and Piplup have decided, where going to Kalos, we're going to go back and find Mewtwo and make sure its safe and can't be found.
Daniel: That sounds like a great idea.
Dawn: You think?
Daniel: Course! I wonder what everyone else will do? Evan will be going back with his family, but what about Alun? Amy? And even Clare?

Clare:... Honestly I have no idea
*A familiar woman approached them, resting a hand on Clare`s shoulder, causing her to shake in fear, Glacia looking back at them*
Glacia:.... Then care to try my mission for you?
*Clare turned around instantly falling out of her chair*
Clare: Gl....Glacia!
Glacia: ....I have to say, I am impressed with what you have done up until now, and I would like to ask you to be my apprentice
Clare: I... I am amazed and flabbergasted
Glacia:... but let's be fair, I know you may be an ice trainer, but that isn't sticking is it?
Clare: ...probably not
Glacia: You make finding an apprentice difficult don't you boy? *Glacia looked at Daniel almost tauntingly* But.... I do expect great things of you..... so I did ask a friend of mine to take you in my place
Clare: W...who?
*Looker walked up scratching the back of his head*
Looker:....Minus your soft spot, we could use someone like you, you'd be protecting the people of this world if you join the international Police
Clare:....yo...your serious?
Looker:....You run first, you put up a fight, and more importantly, you just won't stay down, ....it'd be really unfortunate to deal against you.... besides, we have a seasoned vet around your age who is in the need of a new partner, can I count on you?

Amy: Ah Clare, that's an amazing opportunity. 
Alun: It is, but think about it first, is a big commitment, I just doing it if it is something you wish to do. 
Daniel: I say go for it!

Clare: I.....I do want to help others
Looker: And protecting the world is one way to do it
Clare:....Alright alright, you twisted my rubber arm
Looker: Good *Looker handed her a ticket to a boat* see you at mission central in a week, the boat heads off to the training grounds from there
Clare: W...where are the training grounds?
*Looker laughed*
Looker: I very much can't say that with these non-agents around now can I? Honestly, enjoy your last few days before we head off
Clare: Thank you
Looker: Looking forward to working with you going forward, Agent Minerva *Looker waved off, him and Glacia leaving the group along, her looking over her ticket*

Daniel: Wow, so Clare's joining the police.......Evan's going back home.....and.
Amy: Actually, I've been thinking, I'm going to stay in the region.
Alun: You are?
Amy: Yeah, this region, it means a lot to me. I first entered contests here, I came back here, I lived here, I became famous here, I helped rebuild the region after the destruction before. So now I've decided to stay on here once again and help Thomas out once again and rebuild the region. 
Alun: That's very noble of you Amy
Amy: Someone has too....this region means a lot with me.
Daniel: I think that's a great idea Amy! I'll miss travelling with you but it's a great idea.
Amy: Thanks guys. Of course, I'll still come to see you off.
Daniel: Good I wouldn't have it any other way.

Clare: I hope we meet again out there after it's all over.... you know preferably not while I am working.... not that I'd think any of you'd get round up in crime just.... you seem to have a knack for finding trouble you know?

The gang continued celebrating, after staying for a couple of days, they helped rebuild the pokemon center and other areas of the city. Sara was looking very emotional, she and Rob had discussed a few things and wanted to make an announcement. 
Sara and Rob held each other in their arms, as the rest of the gang listened to what they were about to say.
Sara: These last few days have felt magical, I've had my family reunited, I spent a long time thinking they were all dead, but now I know that each of them survived, and that's all I wanted to know really, where they are, and that they survived.
Rob: But the thing is, not many people survived.....me and Mewtwo. Thousands of people died that day in the stadium, because of us, and people before that day were killed, because of us....because of me. 
Alun: But it wasn't you Rob, it was Team Magma, they made you do it.
Rob: Yet I gave the commands....
Daniel: Because Team Magma made you
Rob: It may not have technically been my decision....but I still remember it, and I feel so guilty and that those people lost their lives because of me. 
Evan: Daddy?
Rob: And so *looks to Sara who started crying* I've decided to hand myself into the police, and serve time for the crime. Hopefully they'll understand that it wasn't me, and they may be more lenient on me. 
Amy: Oh Rob
Evan: You're going again?
Rob: Yes my child, I'm afraid I am, I did terrible things and I must pay for them, but I'll see you soon...
Evan: Dad
Rob hugged his child, Tayl walked over to be hugged too, the family held each other.
Rob then got up, saying his goodbyes to everyone, before leaving to hand himself in.
